The handles were lovely, when they arrived. However, I paid £7.50 for the courier delivery (which was more than the handles themselves) and they took over 3.5 weeks to arrive and 2 phone calls to chase them.
Not great service unfortunately.

I've bought goods from love handles on two occasions now and will one hundred percent buy from them again for a number of reasons.
The main reason is the look and feel of their products, they look absolutely fantastic, we recently changed all the handles in the kitchen and it gives me great pleasure every time I open a drawer or cupboard and I remind myself of the absolute quality of them, really aesthetically pleasing.
The second reason is the price, for something that looks and feels so good feels like they should be more expensive and the third but not final reason is how quickly they're dispatched, you will be amazed how quickly they show up after you've made your purchase. Heartily recommend

Ordered replacement door handles Nov 20th and was told the order would be handled asap. Asked the sales team to invoice me since there was no facility on the site to pay and finally setup payment via PayPal. Love Handles confirmed payment was received and told me I'd have the handles shortly they were on order from a supplier in Germany. Following multiple follow ups from my side Love Handles sales rep finally informs me their supplier are still waiting on confirmation from Love Handles and there's been some miscommunication which meant the handles still weren't dispatched. Then I get an email from PayPal Dec 25th telling me Love Handles have returned the funds to my account.
stating that Love Handles did not sign up for a PayPal account or did not complete the registration process???? All this despite the Team telling me they'd received the payment and order??? Shocking communication it's all been chasing the order from my side with no respect or honesty around what's going on!!

Ordered some bathroom knobs and locks. They look a little while to arrive and once they did they were the wrong type. I requested to return these but the company are saying no refund is allowed as they are 'bespoke'. This is clearly incorrect as this product is something they sell, not something which was made to my specific requirements (which is how bespoke is defined). I would never use them again.

Don't be put off by the bargain prices. I was overjoyed by the quality of the polished chrome handles we bought (Arundel model). A hobby of mine is customising motorcycles so I feel I know what to look for in terms of a quality finish. The base castings of the backplates and handles are solid and well engineered and superbly finished before chroming. Hold them up to the light and they are dead flat with no ripples.
The handles feel weighty and solid in the hand, and the movement has a quality feel. I had a slight problem with some screws which was dealt with immediately. Will buy again.
