The bikes are decent bikes and people are decent and absolute nightmare for parts got maybe 1percent of parts on they're site and when you phone them for parts you're promised they will get back to you and when they finally do they've never got any in stock and I know numerous people with the same issue and the bikes are very fast wearing

2nd Order with them, as the first, went well. 2nd on chain snapped within 20mins of use. A very unhappy grandchild on his Birthday. paid 99 to build it so would have atleast thought the chain would have been an important thing to check.

Well i had to send the bike back NO FAULT TO THE SHOP i just didn't need it no more as my son was noti before it even got delivered to me.But the shop was very very good, very understanding. And got the refund very quick as soon as it got delivered back to the shop

Great service, bike is brilliant, I got mine built up by quad warehouse, extremely quick turnaround from ordering to receiving the goods too. They also have an array of spare parts if ever required. Would definitely use again in the future.

Ordered quad, was told delivery would be about 10 days, but got a call after few days, would I like the quad over the weekend, Yes please.
Turned up on Sunday morning, driver was Reece drove for 6 hours but he was very helpful and polite.
In my opinion company lucky to have such a hard worker and helpful gentleman.

I found the website easy to navigate with lots of information which made choosing the right quad for my son an easy experience. They were also very responsive on chat.

Upon ordering, I was given a delivery date of the 11th of April and the quad was delivered on time.

Friendly and courteous delivery driver who also took the time to show us the basic controls on how to start the quad and function it safely.

All in all, I would recommend quad warehouse to others.

Ordered a quadbike suit for my grandson unfortunately it was to small, my money was refunded with no problem at all. Ordered a larger size all fine. However the suits are small fitting.
