Brilliant service from start to finish. On several occasions, spares for my buggy have been sent out and received the very next day. The team have always been extremely helpful and talked me through any issues clearly.They couldn’t do enough to help and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Bought a new petrol quad for my kids christmas...when to start christmas morning wouldn't start ...im quote mechanical minded got it running for 10 mims then cut out and never ran again honestly 550 quid in the bin ...honestly garbage ...never ran again took it to my local garage and was told engine totalled...

I ordered a 36 volt quad for Christmas for my little boy. We decided to take the option where it comes part assembled.
However when it came to assembly it went very well until we came to put the fuse in !
You are told to expect a little crack off the fuse when you put it in. How ever this was no little crack !! It sparked a lot and blew the fuse ! Upon inspection we checked the holder for the fuse and the wiring and soon realised that the plug from the batteries to the motor had been wired up as in live to negative , bearing in mind you can only plug it together one way. Thankfully we managed to get hold of an electrician to swap the fixed wires in the plug. The cost was £20. 2 days b4 Christmas!
I’ve contacted kids quad and they explained that the quad had come direct from where ever they purchase them from. I was told by them a week ago they would refund me the £20 but didn’t even get a call back when told. I’ve sent them pictures of the wiring but unfortunately no reply.
Poor after sales after giving them the chance to sort this matter!
On a good note my boy absolutely loves the quad but very nearly did not have it on Christmas Day.

Awful experience of customer service, probably the worst I have had, considering the time and effort I've had to invest since LAST DECEMBER without them resolving it. The quad we bought had performance issues, running out of battery very quickly and moving much slower than advertised. I've lost count of the number of emails and calls I've made to Duncan and his team, almost all ignored. I had to threaten legal action just to get them to reply, and they have since gone back to ignoring. Dreadful to deal with.

They ignore you!! I purchased a brand-new kids quad from Kids Quads for my 4-year-old, and while we were excited to receive it, we were very disappointed to find several chips and paint damage upon opening the box.

The damage appears to be due to poor packaging as the unassembled handles were resting directly on painted parts, which likely caused the chips during transit.

What made this experience worse was the complete lack of response from customer service. I reached out politely, included photos of the damage, and simply asked if something could be done regarding the condition of the item. It’s been since 6th July and I’ve received no reply whatsoever.

We kept the quad because our child was excited and had been waiting for it, but this isn’t what I expect when paying full price for a brand-new product.

Unfortunately, due to both the damaged item and the lack of customer support, I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.

The quad is fun, but contrary to the reviews posted on their website, the backup service is lousy. Straight on arrival the quad would stop unpredictably and sometimes not work at all. When I rang, KQ blamed “little hands”. I followed up later with an email, but only got a cursory response. Then I took the quad to a garage and they soon found the problem that some of the wires were not properly connected, loose and sparking. The garage made a video of the loose wiring which I sent to KQ, but got no response , so I paid the garage myself.

Would absolutely recommend. So helpful and so quick with ordering and receiving. You can contact them via what’s app if you have any questions they get straight back to you. Can not recommend enough. Thankyou.

Service was great from start to finish delivery was really fast and the quad is amazing for the price could do with longer battery life but you get what you pay for

Picture the scene, A couple of weeks into the school summer holidays disaster strikes, the quad starts slowly refusing to pull your little treasure up the drive, No problem you can reason with them and all is well.
NO NOT AT ALL, tantrum, tears, screams of that's summer ruined, I finally calmed down and plucked up the courage to tell him "no more quad for today" But a 4pm call for help to Kids-Quads and we confirmed the charger to be the cause of all my woes, 41.5 hrs later it's back on charge and finally all is well.

Thank you Kids Quads for the 5* service and 5* quad .... we had one very happy little girl on Christmas Day. Highly recommend this company for their customer service and quality of their goods VB

Honestly, any companies looking at electric quad for their child 100% would look no further.

Aftercare with any questions I have had is also superb.

Would use it again and in fact, When I upgrade the Quad I will.
