Terrible customer service
When I originally received my parcel the front hub was split on the wheel (unusable) . I emailed the company to which I got a response saying it has been shipped and I will receive it the following Monday. I did not. I asked about this and they said I would receive it the next day . And then the next. It’s been two weeks and I have still not gotten my wheel . And can still not ride the bike I bought for 2000£. Not to mention one of the fork clamps was bent and I had to bend it back to assemble the bike. And when I was emailing them THEY ASKED ME TO TAKE DOWN MY REVIEW

When ordering and looking at the quad I was skeptical about how big or how Powerful the quad maybe and when it arrived I was very surprised turned out to be a lot better than expected it also helps so much as I am a wheelchair user and this quad allows me to go anywhere on the farm

I ordered 2 electric motorbikes which was delivered on time, both had problems with the charging lights on the throttle was expecting excuses once you have parted with your money but have to say this company made no excuses or delay tactics they replaced these items straight away I give them 10 stars for customer service and aftersales thank you.
