As a first time customer I found Love Honey to have an extensive range. Unfortunately I had to report a faulty item, but the process was straightforward, and Customer Care were courteous and helpful. Whilst the matter has now been resolved, the communication process was frustratingly slow. Customers should be aware that it can take up to 5 working days for them to answer an email.

Disappointing products & experience
Item was out of stock (Frenchie beret condoms) which was not obvious when searching nor when the product had been identified. Have requested to be notified when the product stock has returned, but this has not yet happened (likely product has been discontinued by the manufacturer and a newer edition will be released). Have been disappointed with the other product from the same order (womanizer pro); it is significantly larger than other models, heavier, and quite loud. I have ordered from this site before but this latest experience has been very disappointing.

It's hard to put into words
It's hard to put into words. All round brilliance. The three sexy pieces of lingerie I bought for my wife are of the highest quality, and make for "interesting " times in the (I can't say bedroom) everywhere. She said they were a little snug, but she didn't have them on that long. She looks so hot in your products. They arrived very quickly and the price point was excellent.
