Making a claim with this company was a complete nightmare! Inaccurate information, many time-consuming emails and an unsatisfactory conclusion. I have now cancelled my policy. I wouldn't have given a star but had no choice.

The process and my experience has been a good one. Automated Comms generally ok but could have been better but I found Jordan in the support team very helpful so no issues. I’m just waiting to hear about transferring my policy to a new phone I needed to buy, but my policy covered a full refurbishment on my old (I.e the insured) one which has been returned to me and it’s A1. Very happy with this.

Very good service and reasonable prices. Two members of staff were very helpful and had excellent customer service, they were very polite, had good knowledge of the company. They solved my problems very quickly and sent me my updated policy quickly. I think one was named Nikki and sorry don’t know the other ladies name. They were both brilliant thank you to them both. I will definitely come back in the future.

Don't use them
I'd give - 1 star if I could. Took them months to accept my claim, although they had all documents. The phone I received as a replacement was faulty (keeps disconnecting from any WiFi), when sent it back to them, I was advised there's nothing wrong with it and got it back from them. I can't be bothered to send another 100 emails just to hear they won't do anything. Avoid!!!

Emailed love it cover it with regards to my daughters laptop that had a cracked screen within a week it was collected unfortunately was unable to be fixed but had a replacement within a couple of days. Would highly recommend there services I was dealing with Karl who kept me up to date with everything. I’m so glad I’ve got my phones and laptops insured with them would highly recommend to anyone looking for insurance
