The sofa is lovely
The sofa is lovely, very happy with it. The couriers (2 strong men) will be getting a different review though. They couldn't get the box through the living room door so they left it outside the front door on the grass for me (a petite female) and my 12yr old daughter to unpack and get in the door. Have you ever tried lifting the base of a 3-seater recliner?

Despite presenting the medical limitations I have, the advice you have repeated in order to return the sofa, I just can't do.
Extremely unhelpful information despite me describing in depth my limitations
There are marks on the couch and it's just not for me, there's no comfort at all. It's hard, uncomfy and unsuitable. Yet the unreachable delivery request dictate that I'm just stuck with a sofa which is inadequate in so many ways.

However, our returns procedure is based on the requirements of our 3rd party carrier and must be followed consistently for all customers. We are unable to provide exceptions to the collection requirements, including dismantling or packaging services, as these are not services offered by our carrier.
As clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions, customers are responsible for preparing larger furniture items for return, including ensuring the item is ready for collection in the required condition. The return instructions provided were in line with our published policy and the process available to all customers.
While we are sorry that the sofa did not meet your expectations in terms of comfort and suitability, this does not change the return requirements that apply to the order.
We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, but the correct procedure was provided and followed in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
