DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. What an absolute nightmare of an experience. Believe the negative reviews before you spend hundreds of dollars on this stuff.

I pre-ordered the Black Rebel Dress on July 4th. Living in the US, with the cost of the dress and shipping, I spent $130. Not a small amount of money. The dresses were supposed to start shipping on July 24th. They did not. There was also no updates. I waited a week, and then commented on one of their new instagram posts and asked about any updates on the Rebel Dresses shipping. They replied with something along the lines of, “the dresses are being shipped this week and tracking will update” etc. Did that actually happen? Nope. Radio silence for another week. I then commented again a week later calling them out on another instagram post, that I STILL hadn’t recieved any shipping updates. It was now August at this point. They DM’d me privately, said they “checked my order and it will definitely be shipping on Monday”. Which surprise surprise, it didn’t. They created the shipping label on Monday. Then it didn’t move for 4 more days.

When I finally received the dress, on August 13th, I was EXTREMELY disappointed. It was a thick, suit jacket type material, and it was literally a square. No curve, just a boxy stiff dress. The measurements were SO off from the website, (yes I checked the UK to US sizing.) The torso was so short and huge. It was baggy in all the wrong places, the metal balls on the horseshoe silver accents were loose and falling off. Absolute garbage.

And now, I get to spend $40 to ship it back to the UK, don’t get the $40 i spent on shipping it here back, and wasted all of that time for nothing.

They bullshitted me multiple times throughout the process about “oh it’s shipping monday!” “oh it’s shipping this week!” instead of just being honest about being behind on orders. How about instead of promoting new items, you focus on the pre-orders you clearly weren’t prepared for? Also, maybe don’t charge so much for clothing that seems like you drop shipped.

Trash customer service, trash quality clothing, trash experience all around. Save your money and don’t buy anything from them.

Ridiculous telling customers an ETA for orders to be shipped and leaning on the “we’re a small family buisness” line but can’t manage to stick to their own expectations, will not respond to emails following up shipping info at all.
I buy from plenty of small brands and it seldom takes them 7 buisness days to PACK AN ORDER- they absolutely don’t ignore their customers queries.
Will be unfollowing & unsupporting.

If you love paying for shipping, overseas shipping, and still pay your customs fees they let you do that. Also if you love being gaslit by them telling you something is your size and it being wildly too small, exactly what you’re looking for. If you love paying for return shipping, which is double the price of the actual garment, go ahead. But really this is drop ship garbage social media bait. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

The quality of the clothing is awful, I ordered the tennis dress which was so small I couldn't get it over my head even when unlacing it. The garment was manufactured so poorly the label was falling off before I had even tried it on. Fabric was itchy. Customer service was non existent until you reach out to them via Instagram DM. There is no way this is a high quality brand as it portrays on Tiktok and Instragram. Save your money and read the reviews.

They used to be great quality independent brand in the UK who cared about their customers and being ethical. Since COVID they fired ALL UK stay and switched to drop ship from China, you can find most their products on shein/Ali express. Because of this they are far from size inclusive (max size UK 12/14) because Asian sizes don't go up that high and you will even find the original "XXL" label on a size 12 shorts.
The quality is shockingly bad and they are no longer sustainable as they disintegrate after the wear.
Also when you question their lack of inclusivity and the quality issues. They play the "we're just sister and working moms" card and that it's affecting their mental health.
They started off so amazing but got lazy and turned it into a massive money grab and still charger £40 for a pair for £2 bloomer shirts.
Please do your own research or even ask the company themselves as after they've been called out they confirm "they work with manufactures in china, who offer catalogue items for them to select from" they have also removed all reference to handmade/made in the UK/ ethical work place (they used to say what their staff and even third party warehouses in turkey working conditions )

Please please please whatever you do, do not order from this company. They are complete scammers. I foolishly made an order after checking the trustpilot reviews thinking it can’t be that bad.. and of course, never received my item. The most I got from them was a confirmation email including dispatch estimate. Time passed and hadn’t heard anything, reached out to them numerous times to discuss order and of course heard NOTHING back leaving me £70 out of pocket. Had to go through my bank to get my money back, which of course they had the nerve to challenge!!! Funny. Don’t be fooled.

Terrible quality for the price, agree with other reviews its all drop shipped from aliexpress etc

Found out they drop-ship from Aliexpress after i bought some shorts i waited a month for. Then found out they don’t even fit and the only refund you can get is store credit

Selling aliexpress items for 15 times the price is foul and then claiming mental health for the reasonings is wild. No I wouldnt shop with this brand as none of it is actually made feom them. Just a drop ship shop.

Purchased multiple items just to find out this business actually drop ships from China, and the items are readily available to buy on alliexpress for 10% of the price LTT are charging. When messaging them about this they blocked me. I'm so furious they've scammed me like this, I literally make minimum wage and very selective about what I'll treat myself to.

Pretty much the same experience as a previous review on here - purchased an item that turned out to be part of a wholesale order they'd shipped in from China and stitched their own logo on to. It's a pretty big giveaway when they keep the 'size XL - made in China' label in an item that they're selling as a size 12.

I messaged them on Instagram to let them know I was disappointed with this, especially given the high price point, and was ignored. I then sent the item back (return postage paid out of my own pocket) and received a confirmation email that the item total would be refunded but not the original postage cost. I informed them it's the law to refund postage costs on items returned within the 14 day cooling period, in response to this they tried to play the 'small business' card. I said I wasn't happy with this, or the fact that they're falsely advertising a 100% polyester product as 'polycotton' (which is also illegal) and was blocked.

Don't waste your time or money on a company that's clearly taken a huge dive in recent years. It's such a shame for what used to genuinely be a well run company that hand made their own clothes to now only providing slop they've imported and paid £1 a piece for.

If you need a refund just dispute it with your bank with proof. I returned an item that didn’t fit and requested the refund option start of march. I tried to contact them multiple times in all different ways but heard nothing back. I contacted my bank and managed get the money back. Love too true then tried to challenge the dispute with my bank!!!! Absolutely shocking, I have proof they received the item back and judging by the fact that they don’t respond to any negative comments just shows how bad of a ‘company’ they are. As I was coming onto here to review I saw another lady had the same issue but hasn’t disputed it with her bank yet so thought I would upload this with the title in hopes it gets back to her and she can get her money back.

Sizing is so weird from this brand and I don't think the quality is up there for the prices they charge.

Beyond frustrated as this used to be one of my favourite brands- when it was all handmade!!
Ordered a dress which came and was so incredibly tiny, it didn’t even fit over my thighs. I sent it back and it was received on the 2nd of April. As it was over a bank holiday weekend, I understood that it would be abit longer to process etc. Waited about 10 days before emailing and received no reply. I decided to email again a few days later and nothing… finally took to instagram to which they replied it takes 14 working days to process- this would take me to the 24th of April. Kept checking emails and nothing so I messaged again on instagram to which they replied they did email- they did not but sent me a credit note anyway via instagram DM.
Please bear in mind with any online company you have rights to a monetary refund as you have not seen the goods and a refund to a credit note as standard is not legal.
I accepted the credit note as I did see something else I liked and thought it would be easier. Order was placed 28th of April and states on the confirmation 1-2 days dispatch. Waited another week and nothing so emailed to see if there was any update- no response.
I finally got a shipment email on 8th of May and my order has arrived today.
The shorts are the most I’ll fitted item ever so I was messaging a friend to see if I could make them work only for her to tell me they are actually from Ali express!!!!!!!!

I’ve supported this brand since 2018 when it was all handmade and good quality but I will never buy again. I truly feel cheated out of my money and if you are coming on here to check reviews before ordering, please know every negative review is correct and you should save your money!!!!!

I've ordered from here previously with no issues so couldn't understand all the bad reviews, but I was really disappointed with my last attempt at ordering.

I ordered a dress, which was listed as In Stock, and paid for 24 hour delivery. Almost a week later it still hadn't been dispatched so I contacted them via the email address listed on their website and filled in the contact form - as advised on their website - and asked them to cancel the order as it obviously wasn't going to arrive in time.

They didn't respond so I emailed again asking them to cancel the order or I'd need to claim a refund via my credit card company. They then replied asking me to message them on Instagram, which I thought was very odd? Like, we're literally in communication right now so why would we move it to a different platform? I explained I didn't have Instagram & they then said they had replied to my previous emails (they hadn't) and the dress wasn't in stock but would be arriving later in the week.

They did cancel the order & give me a refund, which I appreciate, but it's frustrating that they're offering a service that they can't fulfill - if I'd known the dress wasn't in stock I wouldn't have ordered it, and it would've been nice to have been kept informed as surely they knew when my order came in that it wouldn't be dispatched in 24 hours.

I won't order again because it's not worth wondering when something is going to arrive.

I have a few items from LTT now (3 dresses - was 6 , a skirt , 3 pairs of shorts etc) and i can echo the other comments RE quality.

Initially the quality was good and the black lace up dress was lovely , the bigger they got the quality plummets. They sell items which i believe you can get off shein etc for top prices. They have these big sales , like 30% 50% off almost everything… but it’s hardly anything and it’s just to increase site traffic.

They are also very sensitive , i usually am a medium in their items but i notice they never seemed to restock their larger sizes and needed to buy a gift in a XL. I’d seen alot of people saying they’ve stopped catering to larger sizes so i just messaged asking do they restock these sizes or are they not in their demographic ?

And yes, the blocked me on socials.

So when i contacted them RE an item which hadn’t shipped in 2 weeks despite an order placed after it had shipped , i couldn’t get a responses

When i found a platform i wasn’t blocked on and they hit me with the “send us a DM lovely 🥰” i said , i would but you blocked me.

They hit out with we only block rude and abusive customers. So when they unblocked me i highlighted that my message was actually neither.. they just ignored it , no apology or nothing.

My last two orders will be my last i’m afraid. Be wary that your favourite alt influencers are getting free stuff/money for those glowing reviews and outfit inspo posts.

I also placed two orders separate but within 24hrs so i reached out to ask if they could post together and refund a shipping cost.. they responded to ask me to email them instead of just answering.. then patched my email and shipped both items separately… said you could still refund a shipping as goodwill and got ignored.

I am officially not using them anymore despite owning nearly every item they released. All just cheap quality hyped by easily bought influencers.

It gets a 2 star as one dress was everything it was sold as good material fit well brought same dress in a different colour came made from a completly different material, 1st one was thick material almost denim with plenty of support but the other colour was like cheap polyester but both were the same price

Commande passée le 10 décembre. Argent debité le jour même puis aucune nouvelle.
Je relance par trois fois après avoir galéré à trouver un email de contact.
Le 7 janvier je reçois un mail de paiement des frais de port (22€…) de la part de la poste anglaise qui m’informe que le colis vient de leur etre remis.
Colis reçu enfin hier (13 janvier)….
Entre temps j’apprends qu’en réalité ma commande n’a été prise en compte quand je l’ai passée, donc ils n’avaient plus de stock. Mais personne ne me l’a expliqué, ni je m’a jamais répondu par mail.

Ordered two different sizes of the same dress from love too true. The dresses arrived promptly but unfortunately both were too small and didn't fit me. I sent them back within 5 days of recieving them requesting a refund because the bigger sizes had sold out online. I made sure I paid for tracking so that I could see that they had received the return because the dresses amounted to £116. I waited past the 14 working days they state on their website that it can take to process a return and still hadn't heard anything regarding my return so emailed them to chase up. 3 unanswered emails later and well over a month since they've had the return I message them on Instagram and finally get a response. I get the "we're a small company of just two sisters and it's been a tough year for us" sob story and because I'm not heartless I give them the benefit of the doubt and say that I look forward to receiving my refund soon. Over a week goes by and still nothing so I go back onto Instagram to chase for a update and they've blocked me?! I wasn't rude at all in the messages so couldn't believe it. So I've gone through my bank to get a charge back for the original payment. Luckily I have screenshots and details of everything. Literally have zero sympathy for a company who treats their customers like this. I even went onto companies house to look at their accounts and it doesn't look good. Don't shop with these guys as it's just not worth the risk.

I placed this order specifically for an event after being assured it would arrive in time. However, the shipping date was changed three separate times, ultimately meaning the item will not arrive as promised. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with both the lack of reliability and the customer service experience.
