On hold for 2 hrs and 25 mins for level 2 customer service. Level 1 was absolutely no help at all. There is no help on these products from lowrance at this point.

Wow I emailed customer service for part numbers to order for active view. No response after three days. So, I decided to call. Finding a good number was a bit tricky. Once I did I was number 38 in the que!
I WAS a hardcore Lowrance customer, until this. Imagine what it would be like trying to get help for a product, after all I was trying to buy their products. You have been warned.

Called lowrance tech support.. after 1:45 on hold, spoke to tech support who then put me on hold again and said she needed to transfer my call to a more specific tech support person.. transferred the call and after 15 more minutes, someone picked up the call and hung up.. great job!!!
Here is my problem:
Navico seems to be offline and thought I would explain the issue to you and see if you have heard of it before.
I have a 27 ft proline with the following electronics.
1. Carbon 9 HDS
2. Carbon 12 HDs
3. Structurescan 3d module
4. Point one antenna
5. Nmea 2000 network
6. Lowrance autopilot
7. Autopilot precision 9 antenna
8. 50/200 transom transducer
9. Structure scan transom transducer
10. Furuno with b-164 1k airmar transducer (not networked)
Engine: Mercury Verado 400 with driver assist steering (new upgraded pump) 2022.
If I do not use the autopilot, the steering works perfectly. If I use the autopilot and then use the standby button, the steering feels like its fighting when I try to turn. Almost seems like the Lowrance is still engaged.
I tested using autopilot and then put it on standby. Steering again fighting to turn. Shut down Lowrance units. Steering still fighting. Turn off engine, turn off main power battery switch. Turn main power battery switch on and turn on engine. Leave Lowrance powered down. Sterring is still fighting. Turn on Lowrance but not engage autopilot, steering still fighting.
Go back next day. Start engine run without engaging autopilot and steering works fine all day. Engage autopilot and I’m back to fighting the steering.
NOTE:
1) Fighting steering is not just hard to turn, it feels like I’m fighting a hydraulic pump. It’s not a steady pressure on the wheel.
2) The autopilot works perfect and smooth when engaged after I notice the problem.
I just disconnected the “Lowrance kill switch”. Read on Lowrance website that the original plastic one has problems. Ordered the new version which is stainless steel. I will try to test with no switch to see if the switch was the problem.. maybe even though the screen reads standby the switch is still engaged???.
So that has been my trouble shooting. I have had this problem for over a year. Mercury replaced the steering assist pump system with the new revised unit 8 months ago and the problem persist.
NAVICO has been out of commission for the past couple of weeks… And if I call tech support, it tells me I’m 67th on the queue!!

They get hacked and can't seem to fix anything. It's been over a month now since this happened and Premium Customer who are paying for the app have still not been contacted.

Customer service simply disappeared. Terrible. Can't even get basic assistance or log into Lowrance app or accounts anymore, they seem out-of-business.
Non existent tech telephone or email support
A week ago, I emailed a basic support question, never got a reply even after two follow up requests. Finally, I tried telephone support. The first two times I waited 45 min and never got to talk to anyone. After a week or so I tried the telephone support number again. This time after an hour I connected with someone who didn't understand my question or the included photo of the screen which displayed the problem, she did not have a clue. She passed me off to a second level person. I waited another 2 hours to speak her. Finally after getting connected to the 2nd level support person she told me in less than a minute what was wrong and how to correct the problem. Thanks to Brenda for the quick answer. Seems Lowrance needs to hire more knowledgeable people. You pay big money for these fish finders and the support just isn't there. I will consider alternatives next time I buy a new unit. My prior experience years ago was all positive so I didn't bother to check reviews prior to my current problem. I did try the FAQ's and I watched a number of videos in hopes of fixing the problem but couldn't resolve it.

I purchased two lowrance hds 9 live when i went on scheels web site it said there was a rebate so i purchased thanking i was getting a rebate i filled out the rebate first time it said it was declined need more documentation needed how i purchased i filled out rebate again sent document showing i used visa was declined again i got a email saying still needed documentation so i called lowrance rebate i was told there was not a rebate on hds 9 live so why did they keep telling they needed more documentation so it looks like a scam i have purchased two hook reveal 9 and two hds 9 live i will not buy any more lowrance products even as much as i like them
Had an Elite ti2 for 2.5 years
Had an Elite ti2 for 2.5 years, completely lost all sonar capabilities. I contacted Lowrance after 3.5 hours on hold, I gave up. I'll never purchase their products again. Inferior product, obsolete customer service. Do yourself a favor and buy Garmin or Hummingbird.

Still haven't heard anything from Lowrance. My order cannot be canceled or processed or shipped but they took the money. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service but you are required to email them and they do not respond. I want a refund but can't get one. I purchased parts elsewhere. Not really a "Kit"
Three stars because technically the"experience" was good but the price and description of the product not so great. $18 for a foam sticker and four screws described as a Flush Mount KIT? Not much of a kit. Why not include it with the unit?
