I have previously used lpg-save and found they offered a quality service, sound advice and valueable savings on lpg.
This was the second occasionI have used them and they have continued in this vain, providing customer service, swift response to queries and a helpful attitude from whoever you spoke with. Highly recommended.

I have a large LPG tank - gas supply up for renewal. Was quoted £0.80/litre by my current provider. LPG Save engaged and they secured me £0.52/litre. Polite, quick, efficient and saved me a considerable amount of money. Don’t simply renew with your current provider! LPG Save secured a better deal … and with my existing provider!

You will get the very best deal by going through LPG save for your Bulk gas supply. LPG save negotiated a rate of 8p per litre cheaper than I could obtain going direct to my supplier. All free of charge!!!

I have been renewing my gas contracts through lpg-save for 6 years now, and I am absolutely delighted with their service. If you telephone, it's answered at once by an actual person who knows what they're talking about, with no endless waits, labyrinthine options, or messages telling you how much your custom is valued. If you email, you receive a very swift reply. Either way, I have always unfailingly had professional, knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and efficient service. Best of all of course is that I have saved considerable amounts of money, without the headache of bargaining endlessly with assorted gas companies. Definitely and unhesitatingly recommend this company.

LPG_SAVE is a great team and each member is easy to talk to and very helpful. As a new user of LPG they got me a price for both supply and standing charge 30% + lower than the prices I had been quoted (from the same suppler).

Received an acceptable proposal on 8 Dec 2023 and a request to send photos of the tank installation. Photos sent on 12 Dec. Heard nothing, so contacted them on 4 Jan 2024 and was told 'I will have a look at this and we will get back to you asap'. Heard nothing again, so contacted them on 5 Feb 2023 to tell them forget it and was told 'We had just placed your file to one side, awaiting your tank photographs.' Other people seem to have had a better experience, so who knows.

I have subsequently had a dialogue with the Boss, who has been helpful.

Great company. We have used them twice now and on both occasions have sorted out a really good deal for us. They do all the work sorting out the new documents etc. Will definitely use them again next time we need to renew.

LPG-Save we’re recommended by a neighbour and they duly delivered a new 2 year contract with Flogas at a significantly improved rate compared with my negotiations. This was achieved with minimal fuss by friendly helpful staff. I will definitely be using them again.

Second time I have renewed my LPG contract using lpg-save. Again excellent service. Informative with excellent communication. The whole renewal experience was simple, quick and efficient. Great savings with two years of price stability at a very competitive price.

I contacted lpg save when my current contract was about to expire as I was not entirely happy with my current supplier. They dealt with my enquiry promptly and efficiently and not only saved me money on the gas price but on the standing charge as well.
Highly recommend and I will definitely use them again at the next renewal.

Waste of time. They got me a good quote, we went all the way through the paperwork, then the supplier (Flogas) they’d been working with suddenly decided they didn’t like the look of my lane. Despite the lane meeting the minimum requirements for the delivery vehicle, and despite assurances from LPG-Save that they could arrange for an initial visit to take place, they completely withdrew and refused to communicate with me. They did nothing to stick up for me with the supplier, simply taking the line of least resistance. They said they could look for other suppliers but didn’t bother to do so. They just gave up at the first attempt. Very disappointing.
