Avanti Gas have gone out of their way to respond in timely fashion and adjust my monthly direct debit and send me a cheque happy days. I spoke to Paula today to thank her and she was absolutely charming efficient and amusing a greta combination

Call answered quickly and efficiently. The agent was incredibly knowledgeable with a delightful personality.

I find the Avanti Gas staff very helpful. A couple of days ago I contacted them with an enquiry and spoke with a girl called Paula. She was wonderful and so kind. She also put my mind at rest about another problem. The Company deliver on time and to be honest I can’t fault them.

My experience with the company's tech is not great ,which is why I spoke to Paula who was extremely helpful. The issue I keep having is with the web site which does not recognise our account number as ID. The other complaint I have is the messages we have recieved a number of times saying that the meter readers could not access our meter. It is in the same place as all the other houses, through a garden gate with no lock just a simple latch on it at the side of the house.

Frankie was lovely today. She made the experience seamless and enjoyable even asking such well informed and helpful questions that led me to ask questions I had not realised I needed the answers to. It was amazing and my nervous system felt more regulated after the call. I felt happy and smooth. She answered my call so quickly that I told her how much I appreciated that. I'd like to commend Adam Clark who has shown exceptional customer service professionalism in handling a very unpleasant dispute I have with AvantiGas over contractual arrangements I believe they breached.

He arranged an interim bypass even though he's evidently constrained by "higher ups" and can't exceed his authority. He should be running this company.
