I was contacted by Adam Clark and without boring you with the detail we agreed a new contract for my supply at an agreed rate accepted to both parties. Unfortunately, this help only came as a result of writing and sending a recorded delivery addressed personally to Courtney Beswick (head of customer experience). Adam was excellent but like all these things he is working within the restraints of a corporate organisation which has complex and stringent policies, his powers therefore to provide a long term solution were hamstrung but, that said, he seemed sincere in genuinely wanting to reach a mutual compromise in the meantime. On a personal level, I was a little disappointed that my efforts to speak with the head of the team still failed, which in many ways demonstrates the difficulties in dealing with the corporate machine. Its such a shame that policy and protocol almost always override a little joined up thinking but I guess this is a world we have to accept and ultimately adopt the realisation that doing business the old fashioned way is a bygone concept never to return. I suspect this review will be responded to by somebody working from home who will upload their comments while managing their priorities among the pilates class, walking the dog and taking in Amazon deliveries. Perhaps I'm being a little harsh but I suspect if the same question was put to a National customer service poll the results would speak for themselves. None the less, thank you Adam for doing everything you said you would and for being true to your word, Avanti Gas needs more people like you!!

Easy to get through to a real human. Paula was really excellent. Listened carefully, answered all my questions. Very good indeed.

I had a really good experience with customer service and agent called Paula. The phone line wasn't good but she phoned me back several times until we could talk. Then she dealt with my query efficiently. Was very happy with the call.

Great customer service, switched from Calor and dealing with the team at Avanti is like a breath of fresh air. Very competitive pricing too but customer service is excellent.

I have been an Avanti Gas customer for many years. Their deliveries are very reliable, and the automatic monitoring of my gas tank level is amazingly accurate.

After being cut off whilst being passed through to the Retention team by Customer Services, I redialled and was passed through to Les Barton to discuss my contract renewal and he was very professional and very clear about the renewal offer.

We have had excellent customer service from Luke who supported us in arranging to get a new tank fitted. We were able to discuss the spec with technical engineers who ensured all our questions were answered. Luke went out of his way to check everythjtn was ready and we had all we needed. We then had excellent service from the engineers (Luke and Callum) in fitting the new tank. Would highly recommend!

Leslie answered my question satisfactorily. However I would prefer not to have to listen to interminable recorded messages before a human answers my call. I do not know ANYONE who likes that. You must surely be aware of that, so why do you do it? Please initiate an option that connects directly to a human.

Lily was clear, concise and very helpful - my problem has been solved simply and with no fuss

I would rate the customer service team as outstanding. I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes before being put through to Lynn (i/c new contracts) who provided me, as the responsible person for our block of flats, with all the information we we needed when we were looking to change supplier. Verbal information was immediately followed up with a confirmatory email with terms and conditions set out clearly and prices were very competitive. I would recommend this company without reservation.

Paula was fabulous today and rapidly put things right with the two accounts. Customer service is 5 star and leading in the UK well done 👏

Ryan Mathieson & Frankie have been amazing helping me sort out co name change and reset passwords and new account numbers - they went above and beyond to talk me through all the changes - thank you both they are absolute stars and a credit to your organisation!!!

Today I spoke to a lovely charming lady called Paula,she was very helpful a pleasure to deal with,made my transaction effortless,she is a true credit to the company.

I was transferred by a lovely lady to Les, who was sociable, amusing, and extremely helpful, saving me time by going through, by phone, all the proposed renewal of contract conditions.
This was particularly beneficial as, at the age of 80, I find IT very time consuming and sometimes difficult to follow.
