Stansted Airport Meet & Greet Parking

I received £100 parking ticket for an offence whilst my vehicle was in their ‘secure’ possession and I was still away.
Company accepted liability, apologised for a ‘operational’ error, and promised to pay within 14 days.
Needless to say 8 months later I am still waiting. Company refuses to answer any calls or messages. DO NOT use this company. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS.

This is a review of the Lawn Tennis…

This is a review of the Lawn Tennis Association Ticket customer service. DO NOT TRUST EMAILS FROM THESE PEOPLE . They are designed to make you purchase additional tickets which are then "non refundable" I made one order for tickets and received confirmation. 15 minutes later I received an order saying my order was unsuccessful. I had not made any further attempts to buy tickets and so assumed the order I had made was the one in question however it transpires the email made reference to some other order number (why would I check?) and so once I'd made a new order I had 2 transactions appearing on my account. I asked for one to be refunded as it had failed and was told, "tickets are non-refundable and you weren't charged for order..... Long story short, after a number of emails I am getting nowhere other than keep being told that I had not been charged for the phantom order. I am going to ask my credit card co to go through the chargeback process. This is bordering on fraud.

Don't try to contact us...

The LTA website seems to be designed to confuse and frustrate ppl who want to contact them. Even if you are lucky enough to find the enquiry form which is buried in the site and not al all obvious (no email or phone contacts), you will get a cheery 'We are on it' message and then...nothing. Embarrassing.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! Dreadful customer service. Parked my car, paid in full but then had to pay an additional £20 to get in and out of the car park! They told me 40 minutes to get my car back and then when I get in the range had decreased by 70 miles so had to charge to get home! So much for meet and greet! Never again!

I tried to buy 2 tickets for Queens but…

I tried to buy 2 tickets for Queens but the website said my order was timed out. Undeterred I bought 2 more only to then find both orders went through. I tried to cancel one order but because I hadn’t ordered insurance the LTA said I couldn’t. Even though it was the system’s fault. I found the LTA extremely unhelpful, with a lack of understanding and empathy. Rubbish system, rubbish experience and paid a £10 booking fee twice to add insult to injury. And good luck if you need an answer quickly!

Get your act together LTA.

The LTA web site for ticket sales must be the worst web site in the history of web sites, impenetrable, confusing, with no ability to change or cancel orders if you make a mistake. I am a member of the LTA and am ashamed of this utter incompetence. If the LTA cannot get their act together why not sub out to Ticketmaster. I am sure even giving them a cut they would make more money and not leave customers alienated.

TLTA websites and systems to buy tickets are useless

The LTA is running major tennis events in the UK. Why on earth can they not get their systems right when it comes to buying tickets for Eastbourne? The website points you to Help & Support yet there is o email address, form to fill iin, or TELEPHONE number which everyone wants. It took over an hour to finally buy tickets for 2025 Eastbourne, and then I find out I have been charged for 2 different sets of tickets on the same day. That's OK I paid for Cancellation. EXCEPT nowhere does it say what to do when you have to cancel, for the reason that their website is hopeless and times you out just as you are about to pay). NOW HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK on the tickets I don't want. Why did I pay for Cancellation to find that Cancel is a word they just do not use.

Scam!

They've messaged me a few hours before my arrival to tell me to drive to the airport and they'll pick up my car there, due to maintenence in their car park. Yet, I've just read the other reviews stating people have had fines from their cars been taken and left at Tescos carpark?! I won't be dropping my car here.

Unfortunately LTA systems are generally poor…

Unfortunately the LTA systems are very poor. Whatever one tries to do they just don’t work consistently and you often can’t complete whatever you are doing. IT systems need replacing. It’s been bad for years. Latest example is trying to buy Queens tickets today. You can get as far as choosing the seats when logged on, add to cart, then it asks you to log in again even though you already logged in and then doesn’t recognise your sign in. Tried over 6 times today. Given up now.

Awful

Awful system. I tried to submit a readiness test to become a coach followed their ridiculously specific ways to upload the videos to make it difficult for us and easy for them, even though I did it exactly as told the people on the other end still couldn’t watch them. All they had to do was click a link!

Hi, parking at Stansted Airport

Hi,
I used the company to park my car at Stansted Airport for 30 days they charge £199 for 30 day. I had my dad in the hospital in spain and I didn’t pick my car for extra 13 day . This company they charge me £260 for 13 day they said for late charge I did send them two text I’m coming back late to pick up my car.
I send me a text from spain to tell them I’m coming 13 day late please extend my parking but no one responds to my text . This company government they need to check the company they very very bad service.
I don’t recommend to no one

Do Not use this company!

Do Not use this company!! They parked my car in a Tesco's carpark, and managed to get a parking fine for overstaying (3hour) free parking. They have failed to pay the fine which has raised from £30 - £100. They operate communication via WhatsApp, or try to deflect any issues to Stansted Airport Parking Customer services, which is also next to useless as they will also not accept any responsibility for a company they are supposed to represent

Booked parking with this company at…

Booked parking with this company at Stansted airport. Called the number they gave me. Wanted to ask about the driver who picks up my car and whether they are insured to drive my car. The agent "Bruce" with a thick south asian accent was beyond rude. Refused to answer questions and then hung up. Now, I don't even know if I should say good bye to the money I paid to them. I don't have any faith in them to hand over my car keys. The agent "Bruce" had to look up the name of his employer and could not name the place where my car will be parked. Seems like a scam.

If I could, I would give ZERO!!!

Like many, I tried to book the courts. My login details were not even accepted. Being my wife a UX designer, she was able to see that the issue was the username (created by LTA) being too long. You get an error message over 20 characters. Once reported to LTA, so you think they changed the username length? No! They said they had no visibility of my username

Dreadful, unusable

Dreadful. Hard to find your way around. Slow. nothing works. Unable to fulfil duties as welfare officer to book safeguarding refresher courses (If it was clear which I need to do!) or run checks on our coaches, as required.

The website is at best clumsy

The website is at best clumsy, at worst useless. Key items are lumped into one heading in several parts of the site. Search facility is laughable. The site is not intuitive. It's a novice implementation. LTA get yourself someone who at least has heard of UI and understands customer feedback when they say it needs improving.

If it were only the site!! There internal and external processes are a shambles. As a would be coach I've tried to get my Enhanced DBS check, and it has made a hash of it. To make matters worse, the average wait for an application Enhanced DBS check to be posted is just under 13 days, that's for the last two years. Not LTA, they quote 8-12 weeks....and they MEAN it!! 3 months to wait is not exceptional according to other coaches.
