Arrived after about three weeks in basic packaging but undamaged. Quality matches price point—casual, comfy fabric and adorable print design looks as pictured online. Decent value overall, considering the waiting time.

Ordinato un maglioncino o quello che sembrava essere un maglioncino morbido con scritta in rilievo ricamata "apres ski" anche abbastanza costoso, è arrivata una sorta di felpa imbottita di pile altamente incendiabile, materiale scadente anche x fare le pulizie in casa. L'immagine era stampata malamente.
Ho chiesto la restituzione e completo rimborso ma ovviamente nessuno risponde.

Ware auf den Fotos sah sehr hochwertig aus und war auch ziemlich teuer. Was kam, war extrem minderwertig. Verkäufer weigert sich, Ware zurück zu nehmen. Über PayPal Käuferschutz weigert sich Verkäufer, den Rückversand zu übernehmen. Ist ihm zu teuer. Für mich ist das alles Betrug.

j'ai voulu faire un retour bien trop compliqué, et les conditions sont faites pour ne pas vous rembourser.
je voulais faire un cadeau j'ai recommandé, et aujourd'hui je reçois le produit trop grand, pour du M on dirait du XL, et en plus ce n'est pas la couleur commander, aucune référence sur la matière du tissu, j'ai l'impression de m'être fait avoir.
je déconseille pour ma part énormément déçus

Terrible quality. Terrible cut. Threads everywhere. The goods look even worse than from Ali.

Die Ware entspricht in keinster Weise der Beschreibung. Ein auf dem Bild dicker, flauschiger Hoodie kam als dünnes glänzenden Plastikteil, eine Strickjacke aus dicker Wolle kam ebenfalls als dünnes, glänzendes und dann auch noch völlig daneben bedrucktes Plastikteil. Die Kommunikation erweist sich gerade als schwierig. Zudem ist auf der Homepage nicht zu erkennen, dass die Ware aus China kommt.Die Rückmeldung auf die Reklamation war frech: alles sei genau so, wie auf der Homepage dargestellt.

I ordered two garnments, of which one came with a HOLE in it. When contacting the company they said they delivered what I ordered...

Well, I certainly did not order a garnment with a HOLE. I sent photos of the defect garnment, and still they claimed this.

They offerd me a "goodwill" compensation of USD 3. What a JOKE. For a garnment that cannot be used since it is such a strange material that it cannot be mended.

I really question the previous reviews given here...

The whole website is a joke. The products are not like in the pictures.. and they know.
The quality is unbelievably low.
I spent 50 £ for a jumper that doesn't even look like the picture and it's basically a bad print on a cloth.
I asked to return the item and they told me that they would refund me 3$.
I asked if this was typo mistake and therefore they offered 6$.

After reviewing the return policy, basically they listed all the reasons someone might want to return an item, only to state that none of them are accepted. This includes situations where the product doesn't match the description or the picture. This feels like fraud!
