I got the Miami Vice jacket from The Fall Guy! I came across their booth at my local fanexpo and I had a great experience interacting with them! Very helpful and I was excited that the guy (sorry I don't remember your name!!) knew exactly what I was looking for when I was describing it!
I placed an order with them to mail to me and customer service was fast and helpful, I was able to get a quick response when I asked them to change the size on my order :)
I love the jacket and it fits great on me! The leather is pliable but sturdy it doesnt feel squeaky or anything. The construction is great all the seams and zippers are nice.

I ordered a Hawthorne Rocker jacket made with real leather and the quality seems very high. It is a well made heavy jacket and the details are incredible! While the wait time was longer than many other companies, it is made to order and was worth the wait. One downside is I didn't receive an email confirmation of the order or a notification when it shipped. In this day and age, that is very uncommon and was a little off putting. However, the customer service was very helpful when I asked about it, and it is not a reason to not make a purchase. I would purchase again and recommend to others!

Just got my jacket today and it looks great!
I ordered my jacket on March 13. The website is pretty up front about expected turnaround time.
I did not receive any emails about my order, but when it started to get to the end of the 6-8 weeks to ship, I emailed customer service. Hats off to their team..I emailed them twice and both times I got a very nice response the same day!

Lee was awesome. Great customer service. I purchased the N7 Mass Effect Leather Jacket. The quality is great. Nice soft leather. The coat are European size so you might have to go a size up. . Most likely I’ll be purchasing another coat from Luca Disigns.

I finally was able to buy one of the famous LUCA JACKETS after years of wanting one. I got the AOT thinking I wanted AKATSUKI but I got the AOT jacket. I love it!

Edit after Lucajackets.com's answer which is blatantly false : look at [Order #38533] (January 19, 2026). I know you're not responsible for taxes, but you should disclaim your products are coming from Pakistan. And this is NOT blackmailing. I'm not asking anything from you. I'm just exposing shaddy businesses practices. That's what Trustpilot is for.

So, during some sales, I decided to pull the trigger on Leon Kennedy's Aviator Jacket. I always wanted one, and the Schott "Official" one is god damn expensive.

I received it a week later (that's fine) and I had two surprises : first, it comes from Karashi, Pakistan. Errr... Ok... Not sure anyone from the Luca Designs team ever saw that jacket then !
Second surprise : Taxes ! 20€ more. Well, guess that's for me.

But all that would not have been so bad had the jacket been OK. Let's be honest : this leather jacket is a cosplay prop, not a jacket you'll wear every day. The leather is so thin that I scratched it... on my car seat. Which is soft. It reeks of petrol (or whatever product they use to treat leather) and finally the leather's patina is NOTHING like the one on the shop pictures. Mine looks brand new, out of a brown paint pot.

My original review was 2/5, but Luca Designs asked Trustpilot to remove it because "it was unsocilited". Well. Enjoy you 1/5 for censoring me. I can totally prove I did order from your website.

This is my first time ordering the X-Men Origins Wolverine Jacket from Luca Designs & is perhaps one of the BEST Leather Jacket makers out there. When my Jacket was delivered to me today, I was very impressed how well crafted & beautiful this Jacket is in person, the caramel coffee brown color really stands out for a vintage look. Honestly, I'm thinking about coming back & seeing what other replica Jackets they have in store! Got mine is Genuine Leather material for a long-lasting high-quality wear. Very worth it.

I’m actually happy with both jackets (technically three) I’ve received from here. Although there were a couple hiccups along the way of getting the first jacket, it mainly boils down to a lot of he said, she said, but they said because the nucleus operates in Canada, while the mitochondria is in Pakistan.

The end product is of good quality though. Those cows would be proud to have our pop culture on their skin, now on our backs. From just a transactional standpoint, by far the strangest experience I’ve had with me starting out as a stranger and now I feel like I’m a regular at his family owned Chinese Takeout place.

Loved the jackets. Staff were great. Had not problems at all.

I sent in my measurements since it is nigh impossible for me to buy "off the rack" due to my size. I am a rather large guy 6'5", 270lbs with a 53" chest, a 43" waist, with rather wide shoulders. They even reached out to me to make sure my measurements were correct. I ensured them they were and they guaranteed the jacket would be made to the measurements I provided . And they NAILED it. It fits perfectly.
