Luckyscent has a huge selection of genuine perfumes, and I've found their prices/shipping/customer service to be very satisfactory over multiple (nearing double-digit) orders over the last two years. Most of my orders have arrived quickly and safely, and the few small issues I've had have been rectified by a friendly customer service agent. Highly recommend.

Do not order from this company, they are horrible. I spent over $2000 dollars and they gave me a hard time with the order because of the amount I spent. Right after that I made another order because I’m a collector and they contacted me and said that they wouldn’t honor my purchase and would have to hold it until 30 to 60 days, The funds was already deducted from my account so I just don’t understand the logic. Anyways this company has lost a vip customer and I don’t recommend anybody to use them.

Horrid customer service. Been a customer for more than 10 years and these inconsiderate goons can't be bothered to help me replace a package that was lost by their chosen shipper. Pity as they have probably the largest selection of niche fragrances around, but will avoid them in the future

Luckyscent is NOT a grey market vendor like Strawberry, fragrancex, fragrancenet & more. It's like comparing a salon to box dye...

They are a legit stockist/vendor the brands they sell. If you're not sure, go check out your brands retailer lists, they're there. Trustpilot wouldn't let me link them.

I've been buying from Luckyscent for quite a while now. Spent A LOT of money and I have to say that my experiences have always been wonderful. Andrea stayed on late to help me out with an order that would have sat on my porch when I had to leave town. Alex went above and beyond for me as well. I've never visited any of their physical locations, but their online team is the best!

For those complaining about scent, I will say I had that happen with a bottle direct from Amouage, it was due to the heat in shipping. I let it "calm down" a day or two and it was fine.

That being said, would I like to have spray samples opposed to dabbers? Sure! If I'm getting 4-6 FREE per order should I knock off a star because it's not my preference? Absolutely not!

I find that their return policy is very generous! Twisted Lily? Unused, original packaging and cellophane intact only.

For those that had a bad Scent Bar experience in person, try online. Most Sephora and Ulta employees in my area are rude, snobby, and one made me cry because she was so nice when I was done up but when I came in after the gym just 3 days later (having already spent $250 the days before) she followed me around like a thief. She didn't recognize me. Online, usually, their CS is great!

I recently ordered a bottle of perfume from Luckyscent. When it arrived I found it smelled nothing like the sample I had ordered. I contacted customer service who believed me without argument and immediately offered to contact the perfume maker to get me a replacement bottle. It turned out to be a manufacturing error on the part of the perfumer, and I really appreciated being given the benefit of the doubt and offered an immediate replacement. Replacement arrived promptly along with some extra samples for my inconvenience. Andrea was great to deal with. A+ customer service.

Thus far no product. No contact number is a giveaway. Be cautious.

Fastest shipping I think I have ever seen. Wonderful selection of wild and weird fragrance samples. I personally prefer the smaller vials at a lower price as it allows me to get more variety for less, no issues with dilution as others have claimed. They even shipped me like 6 extra free samples that were some absolute bangers like PDM Carlisle and Ambre Magique. My first choice for buying full bottles, although there are some discounters with lower prices, I have had some serious issues with speed and customer service with those discounters that turned me away from them.

Nightmare experience. Have spent thousands here, was sent a damaged 200$ perfume they wouldn’t refund or replace. Others I ordered smell funky and inauthentic like many people stated. Never again, they don’t care about you or your orders. Horrible snobby experience in the NYC boutique as well. I’ll take my business elsewhere and make sure I tell all my family and friends to do the same.

I've ordered from LuckyScent multiple times and have had great experiences! They carry so many niche frag houses and all are 100% authentic. Only downfall is their pricing is the normal retail pricing. If a discount fragrance site doesn't have what I'm looking for then at least 90% of the time LS will. They also give 5 free samples with every order = you just list the ones you want to try in the comment section box before submitting your order. Customer service was fast at responding as well! Highly recommend!

Good selection of perfumes.

Shopping at Luckyscent is a miserable experience. Their processing and shipping times are abysmal! I have received international orders in half the time it takes this retailer to deliver! After they take your money, game over and God knows when your package will show. On two or three occasions I paid for expedited shipping and every time they’ve had to return the fee because of their unprofessional and chaotic business practices.

I wrote an email about my most recent order and I was aghast when they implied they didn’t have my address, I have 10 or 12 orders with them and all of a sudden they don’t have my address when I have maintained an account with them for 7 months. What really disturbs me is their exorbitant prices. It really angers me that with those prices they can’t deliver a package faster than an Italian, British, or Parisian company. They never offer coupon codes besides the shipping code which only applies to standard shipping, a whopping savings of $9. They know they have a horrible reputation and don’t care! I see they barely have 3 stars. Unlike other reviews, they make no attempt to address or alleviate concerns of customers. Perhaps, they know there’s no excuse. If you have read this review to the end you might wonder why do I have 10 or 12 orders with them and the answer is simple before I’ve ventured into international retailers often this company was the only place I could find a fragrance. Hi refuse After this order is completed, I refuse to do business with this company again. I urge you do not buy from them. Scour the Internet if you must but do not put in orders with this company. As a closing note, after I complained about their processing time and said I would leave a bad review they sent a tracking number as a decoy but the item hasn’t even been picked up. It is the end of the day so they generated a label just to have a tracking number. They are duplicitous and unethical!

Foolishly purchased a perfume from this site and received a fake product. I have worn the fragrance for 10 years and it was immediately apparent this was not the real deal.

My item never shipped, no customer service to answer phone or respond to email on a $100 purchase. This was my first time with this company and experience is terrible. I hoped to add mancera to my niche fragrance collection, but looks like I will have to order from another company.

This is my second order with lucky scent, and they have both been great. Shipping to Toronto is a bit slow....about 2 - 2.5 weeks. First order I got some samples, and yes the vials were really tiny, and hard to open. I found using my shirt to hold the lid helps to grip it and pop it open gently without spilling anything, and using the little wand attached to the lid to apply the fragrance is great. Some samples are definitely overpriced considering how tiny it is.

Second order I got a full sized bottle (Gris Charnel) which i'm super happy about because at the time of my purchase it was sold out everywhere, even the BDK website, but lucky scent had it.

I recommend going into Scent Bar only and skipping all online purchases from Luckyscent.com unless you know exactly what you want and it meets your price point. There are better options!

Samples from the online site are a sham! Please don't pay for them, you cannot get a realistic idea of what fragrances actually smell like from the tiny corked vials they send them in. I wish someone warned me so I am paying it forward here.

If anything the fragrances smell off putting mainly because of their delivery devices. Any fragrance that you open in the slightest to even smell is only accepted as a 50 percent refund.

So essentially you send back a full unused, opened packaged bottle of fragrance and receive half of your money back.

You pay for return shipping and they get to keep a full bottle of fragrance to possibly resell and you pay for half of the entire transaction plus return shipping no matter what.

I suggest you stick to sellers of fragrance that consider you more as a customer. I am able to return and exchange recently purchased unused bottles of fragrance any were else I shop, that is what I will continue to do. Lucky Scent is definitely a legitimate business and I would recommend ordering FULL bottles of perfume from them. They ship pretty fast and there's always a discount code you can use on niche and luxury fragrances. However, if you're buying samples, I would suggest purchasing them elsewhere. They have such a large selection but the decanters they send them in don't even have a sprayer. It's a teeny tiny glass vial. You can't really experience what the fragrance should smell like because there's not enough product to begin with and you won't have the ability to spray it the way you would in the actual perfume bottle.

I ordered about 8 of their sample vials - all were niche fragrances and the price of each was between $4 and $8. The samples arrived and I was sorely disappointed. The vials are not spray vials - they have the 'corked' top so you spill half of it just getting the top off. And I am convinced that either the juice was VERY old, or the fragrances are diluted with water or alcohol. There is barely enough in a vial for a single use and the scents dissipated after a few minutes, hence the 'watering down.' All in, I spent nearly $50 on these samples with the intention of finding a new signature scent. But I couldn't get a read on any of these due to the dilution so the whole experience was meaningless.

Luckyscent.com is a wonderful company. They have many perfumes and samples to choose from. If you love perfumes, this company is a great place to order. Also they add new perfumes regularly without always removing people's favorites, which is reassuring. If you love fragrance but are not sure if one is right for you, order a sample. this company is well worth your patronage. Thank you.

They promise you free shipping, but you still dont get it, they never answer Any e-mail or others. I cant even go inside they site with My e-mail its says doesnt exisit, but my e-mail told me that i have a profil with my e-mail and have make some order before.

I have been buying from Luckyscent for years and never had the type of problems I've experienced this year. Every company likes to blame the Pandemic for their faults but it's a worn out lame excuse for a company as prestigious as Luckyscent. 3 weeks it took for me to get my order which is just unacceptable because the bottle I ordered was backordered and that was never stated on the website at all. I had to email them and ask them what was going on with my order and magically it's backordered after the fact. I order fragrances from FRANCE and they arrive within 1 weeks time so there's absolutely no excuse. Another issue is their prices offer no deals for customers buying large quantities and you will pay full retail for everything. They are generous with samples when you buy full bottles but offer lousy .7ml dabbers that leak. They need to upgrade to 1ml spray samples at least and charge the cost of the fragrance per ML so a $300 fragrance the sample should be $3 Why they hell are you jacking up prices on samples are you that desperate? I would hate to see this company go down the toilet but that's exactly where they are heading.
