Awesome service, such quick pickup and quick delivery! They were great, I would HIGHLY recommend if shipping overseas. Pricing was best I found anywhere and I researched extensively.

Worked really well. Recently moved from Sydney to London and everything arrived well, within a week and to exactly where I needed it so highly recommend, and for a great price!

The price quoted was the price paid, unlike my experience with a competitor. UK to NZ so long haul. They use DHL, so tracking and movement fast and, well, excellent. A very good experience and does what it says on their tin. Recommended.

I made a booking and then quickly realised I couldn’t provide the information required to complete the booking. It may suit some travellers with all their travel arrangements confirmed, but I am a long term traveller and it won’t work if that’s you.
The company proactively contacted me and was able to provide me with a refund.

Great service, kept me updated and only took four days from Sydney to London.

Quick and easy to get stuff transported over borders. I booked on a Monday evening and by Tuesday midday the items where picked up. Nice and easy guidelines for the shipping labels, and how to place them.

Only minus was the fact that I couldn't get a hold of customer service.

Luggage delivery Company was very competitive on price, very communicative throughout the process and very accommodating when I had to change the date of my pick up very late on. Easy to deal with, pleasant customer service comms and timely delivery service.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to refine the pick up time - "between 9am and 5pm" is not very user friendly, perhaps a 2-3 hour window

Really really easy and really fast. They use DHL which is a massive plus for tracking, list of non-allowed items was surprising but wasn't a massive problem. Really quick delivery and no hassle with imigration!

Overall the service was good and my bag arrived in Australia on time. Tried phoning them several times with queries, left messages and they never called back. Response to emails was better, but a day or two response time.

Khrystyna, my contact, was great, very helpful, responded quickly and supportively to a changing set of circumstances. Pick-up and delivery was on-time - actually, delivery was even a day quicker!

Had a very positive experience shipping my bags from Australia to the UK with Luggage Delivery Company. All my items were delivered within five days of collection and communication with LDC and their couriers was very prompt and professional. It would be helpful for LDC to publish more information on their website, however about the dimensions of the suitcases and the process for obtaining customs clearance. All in all though; I would highly recommend LDC and use their services again.

Excellent and quick service

Exceeded my expectations for delivery. From the UK to USA in 3 days. Extremely good value. Only £107 for a 20kg one way, door to door, compared to £60 at the airport.
