Seller retaliation on ebay feedback-cancelled $1500 order
Seller retaliation on ebay feedback, they cancelled my order after confirming it as successful cause I left a feedback on ebay about how my order was previously cancelled on there, claiming it was ebay that cancelled my order. total waste of my time. They only communicate when they receive a feedback .
Update: also add that you send an apology email, it's the lack of accountability for me.
Back to the lies : order number 18-14587-91506-perfume delivered, order number 01-14681-57173 was canceled by the seller, order #3711 was also canceled by the seller because I cited my bad experience on ebay, now he claims payment wasn't captured, how pathetic, he know fully well he canceled my order out of retaliation, my card says pending, order was completed via paypal.
I BELIVE TRUSTPILOT PROMOTES TRANSPERENCY- I have all the proofs if verification is needed. Businesses need to be held accountable for their actions. It ok to say you canceled my initial order by mistake, not blaming ebay and making false claim. Fix your customer service, all will be well. You got praised with good feedback when you did the right thing, now you want to eat your cake and have it.

I recently ordered from Lugxery.com and genuinely could not be happier with the experience. Their pricing on YSL Tuxedo Sharp Patchouli was unbelievable, easily $75–$80 less than major department stores like Macy’s and other retailers. On top of that, shipping was incredibly fast, everything was packaged carefully and professionally, and it arrived a day earlier than expected.
What really stood out though was the customer service. They were extremely friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. It’s honestly rare these days to find a company that combines great prices, fast shipping, excellent packaging, and actual customer care all in one.
Highly recommended. I’ll absolutely be ordering from them again.
