Amazing as always
Amazing as always. I enjoy doing business with Lugxery. All items are exactly as described, shipping is fast, packages are wrapped with care. Customer support is also top notch! Emailed with a small concern and not only was it answered, the owner took the the time to help me by describing the two fragrances so that I could make a better decision as I opted out of sampling before buying. Between the communication, fast shipping, and packages handled with care, I don’t know why anyone would shop anywhere else!

Terrible service and support.
Lugxery accepts my orders and then cancels and refunds them, even though I use a Miami shipping address and an international credit card. I have also contacted the store by email several times, but I have never received a response or a clear explanation for the cancellations.
This creates the expectation that we will actually receive the products, only to have the purchase rejected afterward. This has also happened to several colleagues of mine. Unfortunately, I have never been able to successfully complete a purchase from Lugxery.
I am a collector and buy from various stores in the United States; I have never had any problems.

Hi Belkior,
Orders using international payment methods linked to freight forwarding hubs fail our automated security checks and are canceled and refunded in full immediately, as clearly stated in our Terms of Service.
Leaving a 1-star review simply because a domestic US store does not support third-party export and freight-forwarding services is completely unreasonable. Furthermore, our team maintains a strict policy against engaging with hostile or aggressive emails.
Best,
Lugxery LLC

Thank you for the review! Prodigy is an incredible choice. Sourcing costs for brand new, authentic bottles do shift slightly over time, which is why the price adjusted from $256 to $265. However, our main priority is always to keep our prices as far below the $475 retail mark as possible. We appreciate your business and hope you love the new bottle!
