Very quick turnaround
Very quick turnaround. It was processed the same day it was ordered. The following day it was already with the courier.
The box is neatly wrapped and well protected. Each of the items inside the box was generously wrapped in bubble wrap.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Lugxery.com. My package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I purchased their shipping protection expecting it would make resolving this situation simple. Instead, I was told I needed to file a police report before they would consider my claim.
For a relatively low-value order, this felt unreasonable and defeated the purpose of paying for shipping protection in the first place. I expected the company to handle the issue through the protection I purchased, not require me to spend additional time filing reports.
Customer service responded, but the process was frustrating and placed the burden on me rather than providing the peace of mind that shipping protection is supposed to offer. Based on my experience, I would think carefully before purchasing from this company or paying extra for shipping protection.

Thank you for your feedback. We need to clarify how shipping protection actually works, as it is a structured insurance policy with legal guidelines, not an automatic refund button that operates on assumptions.
Our Optional Shipping Protection policy and Terms of Service—which are clearly detailed on our site and explicitly agreed to at checkout—plainly state that a local police report is mandatory if a package is marked as delivered. When a carrier provides absolute photo and GPS proof of delivery to your doorstep, a missing package is legally a crime of theft. No insurance underwriter pays out a criminal theft claim without an official police case number to validate it.
We cannot bypass standard legal insurance requirements or invent a different process simply because filing a report takes a few minutes of your time. We remained completely ready to immediately issue a full replacement or refund the moment the agreed-upon police report number was provided, but we cannot issue payouts without the mandatory documentation.
