We're very sorry to hear about your experience. We fully despatched your order on the same day that it was placed; however, unfortunately the parcel was lost by the courier while in transit.
As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we investigated the matter and arranged for replacement items to be sent to you as quickly as possible to resolve the situation.
