Having been a member for a number of years
I was let down with Luke this time.
Having placed an order , the order delayed, then lost by your courier.
Then reordering only to be informed that 80% of my original was now unavailable.

We are very sorry for the disappointment caused with this order. Your original order was fully despatched from our warehouse; however, unfortunately, the parcel was lost in transit by the courier through no fault of our own.
As soon as we became aware of the issue, we arranged replacement items wherever stock was still available. Unfortunately, due to the time that had passed and ongoing demand for the products, some of the items from your original order had since sold out and were no longer available for replacement.
We completely understand your frustration and appreciate that this was not the experience you expected from us. While the loss of the parcel was outside of our control, we did everything we could to resolve the situation as quickly as possible and provide replacements where stock allowed.

One item that was ordered was, in the end, out of stock. Rather than delay the shipping, sent out what was available and then refunded the oos item. Great way to go about things.
