I bought a white cheese from sharjah branch in king faisal street it was rotten coverd with green color

The other reviews are very accurate. They just change the delivery times from 11 during the morning to 10 at night with no consideration that people must feed families. The phone lines close at 20:30 but we must stay up waiting for food to arrive until 22:00

It was on the 21st of September 2021 in the LULU Muteena branch Deira Dubai. I have been noticing this scam for quite some time that they trick the customer with the sales price for number chicken items in the shelf with mixing the SKUs for example they keep the price tag for 800g for sale for particular brand and they mix the other brands and 1000g or 900g with the same shelf. It happened to me number of times and I was thinking it was a mistake but this date I found out this is done purposefully . I was trying to talk to the outlet manager on the spot and he hid somewhere and never accessed me to talk to him. I was at a customer care with a petty boy who does not even know what is going on. please be aware of this trick/scam. After I made this complaint to the cashier she wasted around ten to fifteen minutes and exchanged me with another brand. again she made a billing error and I had to wait another ten to fifteen minutes to get the refund. I was really pissed and I still wonder what is going on with LULU.
After came home I found out that they have not returned the invoice to me. total disaster.

This branch is serving leftovers from Karama branch this is 3rd time I am facing third issue.

Didn’t expect to have such a horrible experience with LuLu food .

I read other ppl poor review..however mjne was good. Met Aneesh Mohammed at lulu bur Dubai and he was super helpful. Delivery of TV was also good. Perfect product.

I was there to buy ADSL modem to use in my house in lebanon and aleady i chossed a one but the aales man there he told me all is same ADSL or not its no different after i bought its mot working there in lebanon , i went lulu after that they refused to exchange and i met Mohamad Shafi the manager there they said have to be less one month but i was out of the country and my reason to come not about the product not working at all its not working on ADSL LINE that what i was coming to buy before salesman Talking

Worst service ever.. i orderd 23 items and the delivery came with 9 items.. and when we asked where are the other things delivery boy simply says write an email to customer care.. it is the second time we r facing this issue.. first time we wrote an email and waited for their reply.. nothing came..so we asked the number of customer care and gave the details of products missing..i bought one chicken also but it was not even added in the bill 🙄 then they said they will send the missing items tomorrow.. after 5 mins one guy called and said am near to your building from lulu delivery and he is saying he is alone only😬.. why hez saying tat?? Is he trying to cover up something ?? And he delivered every missing items to us 🤭 so please check each and every items when you purchase bulkly from lulu..

Order not even delivered and zero customer support. I will never order from them again.

I agree with the reviews posted about ordering through Lulu Online….WORST ever. They delivered some faulty and spoiled items. I immediately called them, requested for refund, and sent an email with images as well. Every time I am following it up, you’re getting different answers from customer service representatives, they seem as they are not reading and checking the details or emails properly. Until now, its taking 12-13 days and nothing has been refunded. Someone advised me of 24-48 hrs which is more realistic, then someone in the mail advised me 7-14 business days. There is no proper assistance and resolutions. There are no consistency as well on the details and informations they are advising the customers. Worst return and refund ever, especially it is not the customers fault. Even the Supervisor, didn’t assist, just reading his normal spiel. Unbelievable.

Never buy online on Lulu, they have the worst customer service, late deliveries. It's unbelievable how bad this place is.

I Placed one order through online before one week , until now the item not yet delivered , when called their customer service they don't have any idea when it will get deliver. they just keep saying it will deliver today . but still the items not reached . worst service . i never buy anything from Lulu anymore .

I don’t recommend anyone to buy electronics from this retailer LULU
They are not protecting their customers from the cheating of the suppliers
I got a defective dishwasher and it has a defect and they refused to return it claiming that the suppler doesn’t agree
This is the worst after sales service I ever seen in Dubai

One of the worst online purchase experience. First, they don't have the items as in the list. Second, they try to replace with available items. Third, they don't refund immediately if the items are not available.

I am from Malaysia and this is my experience shopping on-line with LuLU hypermarket in Malaysia.

Very bad experience . This is my first time to order online in Lulu but never again . They will tell you within 3-5 days but unfortunately i'm waiting 14 days exactly from the date i ordered . They will promise you tomorrow, then tomorrow then tomorrow . Never ending tomorrow . So better think twice before ordering in this site . Never recommend Lulu Hypermarket online Abu dhabi . It's a big 👎 . Much better in carrefour and other sites , they are accomodating . In whatsapp of Lulu, the customer service will answer you same like a copy paste . "We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused! We really understand your concern Sir!, Please be informed that we have escalated this issue from our end to the relevant team as well!". They are not doing any action and will just give you a false assurance of delivery like this, "Dear Customer, kindly note that as per back end the order will be delivered to you by tomorrow.". It's a big regret waiting for nothing . 😔

I made online order via the lulu website, It supposes to be delivered within 3-5 days from the order date however this was not happening regardless the several communication via Whatsapp and confirming it will be delivered the next day but all in vain,
customer service agents on Whatsapp are not trained to communicate with customers in proper understandable language.
They are in no way comparable to other providers ie. Amazon or Carrefour

this is my first and last order through Lulu online.

Don't try. They never deliver your items on the promised date/time.

extreamly bad experience at Lulu Al Bandar Muscat. Purchased headfone which turns out to be poorest quality. but customer care person not listening. i threw my headfone on their desk. Never ever again purchasing any electronics from Lulu ...
