I did not realize I had made a mistake
I did not realize I had signed up for automatic monthly deliveries and automatic monthly bank drafts. I was startled when I realized my mistake. I reached out immediately to the company, and I explained my issue. The first surprise was that I was able to reach someone immediately. The second surprise was that they were kind and took care of my mistake right then. No questions asked! Amazing! I hope to do business with this company more.

Be sure that you understand Luma‘s Refund Policy
Be sure that you understand Luma‘s return policy. From my experience, they will only give a 100% refund on your entire order if you have saved all of the empty bottles. You will have to return all bottles at your expense to Luma and hope that you get the hundred percent refund. If you don’t have all of the bottles from your original order, you will only get a 100% refund on any bottles with pills still in them when you ship them back at your expense, they do give a 50% refund if you don’t want to ship the bottles back. I will say that I believe their products are quality and their shipping is good.

I've used Luma Nutrition for supplements for the last 4 months. I started with the "heart health" group of supplements due to a heart health incident. My cholesterol dropped from 199 to 135 between February and May of this year. I was also on a heavy dose statin, but was taken off it due to possible reaction to the statin. I'm waiting for the next test results without the statin to see the difference in effects. I'm on a subscription plan so I always have the supplements when I need them. I'm using multiple products and I haven't had a reaction to any product. I was skeptical at first because of lack of reviews, but I've increased the types of supplements I'm purchasing after using them for a month. I just started the Quercetin with Bromelain because I wanted to see if it would help with my allergies since my allergy medicine has not been helping much. It's been easy to log into my account and change my orders month by month and review savings or rebates or special offers.
I haven't had any issues with delivery of the products, or with health issues related to the products. I've seen in increase in my overall energy and feeling healthy and a decrease in my cholesterol so far. Hopefully it will help my allergies also.

Their Magnesium Glycinate made me physically sick!
I took their magnesium glycinate and it made me sick. I have been taking magnesium glycinate for 2 years and never had this problem. I don't recommend them. There is obviously something in it other than magnesium glycinate because I wouldn't be this sick.
