Lumberjack Direct Reviews

My flooring arrived quickly and in good shape!

Lumberjack Direct was easy to work with and delivered a great product. I purchased flooring that I had previously worked with, so I already knew I was getting a quality product, but this was a first time using Lumberjack Direct. Chat and email were excellent ways to communicate and get questions answered and my order was delivered quickly and effeciently.

Great communication on order, timing for arrival, deliery and selection of flooring products

This is a wonderful company to work with. The customer service I received exceeded my expectations. Andrew Ch, Justin M were very helpful and knowledgeable. The product of 30 boxes of Kahr flooring arrived in perfect condition and on time. Highly recommend.

Large variety of flooring products and curbside delivery is convenient.

Great delivery and following special directions. The cost of shipping was too expensive though.

Lumberjack Direct has awesome customer service and unbeatable prices. I will definitely be shopping here for my future projects.

Jake seems to be a very nice guy , so accommodating,

Great company with the owner being very ethical. Highly recommend doing business with business owners like Jake!

Great website, organized well, large selection of flooring, broad color range with easy checkout. Visibility into estimated and actual ship dates made coordinating my project super easy. Beautiful product at a competitive price.

Unbeatable price with a product turn around time of purchase to delivery within one week all the way across the county was amazing. This company rocks!

Easy websit to use and delivered on time in excellent condition. Thank you for prompt service

Shipping was quick and delivered as expected. Problems with the shipping company, but not LJ fault. Excellent all around

Excellent engagement with the team from Lumberjack Direct. Just for reference we did our entire house with new high-end hardware flooring, and from order placement to delivery they kept me updated the whole time. Additionally, we made some nonstandard requests to ensure our selection of flooring color was right and the team was more than happy to accommodate.

Best business team I have worked with in years, when you reach out to contact them email or phone they always "immediately/same day". Being my background is in retail and distribution channel, I can say hands down these guys are legit!

I am recommending them to everyone, first class service.
Thanks to Dylan, Jacob and Andrew !!

I bought 1000 square feet of wood flooring. Lumberjack gave me the best price of anyone I could find. They were so helpful. They shipped fast and kept me in the loop the whole way. I had an excellent experience.
