Helped me out tons with my new extension and did a full sketch of how my new light would go into the roof space. Made things a lot less stressful when the builders knew exactly how to install it!

Fantastic! What a great shop!! I ordered two framed prints over the phone and the staff were lovely and super helpful, sending me photos of all the ones they had in stock and also other items in the same range, fabulous customer service! Prints arrived on time and were really well packed. Overall a lovely shopping experience thankyou!

On the search for 2 new wall lights, we went into 3 shops in Taunton and came out of each disappointed. What a difference when we walked into Lumination Lighting - the more we looked at what was on offer, the more delighted we were at the lovely range of interesting, unusual lights for walls and ceilings with original designs and lovely effects.

The assistant knew her products and was able to help us when needed without being intrusive; she fetched a pair of lights and didn't bat an eye when we changed our minds. It was a cheerful experience and we will happily go back.

Excellent service from the Cirencester branch where we bought some hard-to-find Bravo lightbulbs. The man behind the counter offered to pop some in the post if we needed more in the future. This is the kind of personal service you don't often see. I wish more shops were like this.

We reached out to a few lighting designers, and Lumination were the only ones to respond. Gordon met with us on site, brought some samples, and made some good recommendations; contributing to the design team thoughts on more than just lighting (wall and ceiling finishes, etc.). The site visit was followed up with design options, all costed, which enabled us to find a solution within budget.

Great service, great products

Jeg har desværre oplevet en ret tarvelig service. Jeg har en klar aftale om at mit lys skal op i starten af november, jeg skriver en mail start november, hvornår det kommer op, det kan blive den 21., hmm. Den 22 november skriver jeg en ny mail, om det ikke skulle ha været i går, jo men der var sygdom, skriv en mail, informer i det mindste. Så kan det blive den 23. November, den 24 november over middag, sker der endelig noget, men som jeg havde informeret om, var det ikke muligt at komme hele vejen rundt om bygningen denne dag, så der bliver sat det op, man kan komme til, resten bliver sat op den 28. November, det er så i dag, på trods af at jeg havde telefonisk kontakt den 24. November hvor jeg gav udtryk for min utilfredshed, han var endda enig med mig i at hvis jeg ikke havde sendt en mail om opsætning i første omgang, havde jeg ikke fået lys op i år, men heller ikke i dag magter man at give besked om at det så heller ikke bliver i dag.
Lyset er rigtig fint, men man får et indtryk af at hvis ikke man skal ha lys op for rigtig rigtig mange penge, så er det ikke vigtigt, pakken er solgt, men det er ikke så interessant at skulle bruge tid på at sætte op.
Jeg anbefaler ikke.

We purchased all the decorative lights for our newly remodelled house from Gordon at Luminations in Bristol. We found his advice, recommendation, and overall attention to detail to be extremely helpful. People buy from people and Gordon is thoroughly amiable gentleman and we felt extremely comfortable buying from him. We would whole heartedly recommend (and have already done so) that if you are looking or lights or lighting schemes you visit Gordon and ask for his help and advice.

I was desperate to find a replacement bulb for a lamp fixture that I'd bought four years earlier. Searching on line I found it was discontinued! I contacted Lumination online with my problem and received an almost instant email reply with a link to where I could buy the bulb so I ordered it. I said I would collect but it didn't tell me where so I went back to Lumination and asked them. Not only did they tell me the name and address of the shop but they contacted them for me to say I would be collecting it. I even received a phone call from Joe who I had been dealing with to check if it was dimable that I wanted. What fantastic service - top marks - I'd definitely use them again.
