I check with BTCPay go to fix issue to get payment on go for my sites and.......
Account cancelled they do not want my business.

LUNANODE is a NO GO

Knocking on wood, my experience with Luna Node has been pleasurable and overall impression is that the people behind this project care about customers. Again, I really hope this doesn't change.

Horrible customer service. HORRIBLE! I tried to register with my cards to test it with BTCPay Server. Both cards were not working. I submitted the ticket and asked for help. They went on disabling my account and locked me out. I think they were trying to steal my credit card data. So beware of putting your card info on their website.

Normal service

I had a bad experience with lunanode, to me it seems like they don't care about long-term customers.

Stable SSH connectivity, perfect uptime and the cheapest block storage I found @ $0.03/GB/month, it's $3 for 100GB for example. I was able to install a custom OS which is very appreciated.

Support: Have always got good response times. Specially when there is an issue.

Service: Everything works. Have used them for several years and have two accounts with them and so far have never run into any issues.

One potential drawback is their limited data centers. They only have 2 colos in Canada and one in France.
Price: They have competitive prices and often times they are among the cheapest.

They have a concept of CPU points, where you get allocation per time based on the plan you are on.

If you have use cases that cause a constant load most of the day, Lunanode may not be your best choice and you probably want to consider physical servers. You likely will run out of CPU/disk points or you will need a more expensive plan for a busy server.

On the other hand if you have sites with low to medium usage then Lunanode is worth checking out.

Performance:
As long as you stay within your CPU / disk point allocations you should see good performance.

Reliability:
So far in the years with them have had a handful of events per year and most of the time they are not long. They have a status page and they always update when there is an event so you know they are working on it. They don't seem to have anything that moves VMs in case of an issue so if your server is down, your service is down.

Good reseller of OVH services. Done by professionals. Not cheap, not overpriced. Good decent performance. Professional control panel and team. Recommend.
