they have a great library of courses free and paid. I like their new book section. I have taken several couse and love the way they are set up in small bits and have lots of reference meterals like pdf, audio.

I purchased a digital product through a Lurn affiliate link because I trusted the company and was a long time, existing customer.

Because the company behind the product was over-extended at the time, I got a bad feeling about the product and requested my money back.

In more than a decade of buying digital products online, I have never had any difficulty getting no-questions-asked refunds ... but with this company that Lurn recommended, no refund was forthcoming.

I then sought help from Lurn and they just washed their hands, even though I only did busines with the company in question in the first place because I trusted them implicity because of my "relationship" wth Lurn.

This type of thing reflects on the industry as a whole.

If a customer has to worry about basic fundamentals like the right to quickly return a product they quite clearly are not happy with, then this becomes corrosive for all of us who support this great industry.

Very disappointed. Lurn has lost me as a customer because the trust has been broken.

I had an issue awhile back with a transaction. I bought the promotion and then popped up your upsale. I went to pay for the upsale ( ridiculously good deal) and the transaction "froze" up. When I tried to recover the upsale- no luck!
I contacted your customer service through email AND voicemail, so I could get the upsale - No response. That was about 2 months ago. Still no response...I have grown a beard waiting.

I give lurn inc five stars because it is amazing that these folks are truly helping average folks learn the skills to become true entrepreneurs of many un manifested dreams that would otherwise be forgotten. Most money making platforms on the internet are exactly that “ money making platforms “ for the creators. lurn is much more than a place to learn to make money, it’s a place that you can get educated about money , how it works , the rules and who makes them. I don’t think you can find any institution, college or school of any kind public or private that will teach you what lurn will teach you for any price. I think the rule makers don’t want us to know the rules and make it so difficult that the average person doesn’t have time to grasp all that’s involved, so they get back on that treadmill to generate money and pay taxes so that the rule makers don’t have to. Because it’s in the rules and we all play by the same rules rich or poor , the only difference is that the poor can’t afford the time to learn the rules .
That’s where lurn inc comes in handy at any price, and to me even though I have not been able to join at this time because of credit card issues, I believe that what ever you are charged or pay is priceless.
That’s my opinion until someone can prove me wrong.

Anik Singal is spending millions on Facebook advertisements, and it goes without saying that he knows what he is teaching.

Too many advertisements which was very confusing and frustrating. I would recommend a more simplified approach. For non-tech folks a coach is imperative.
