Disappointing experience.
Delivery was longer than expected ( 5 weeks), product was below expectation. 'Oak' table nest is an MDF table with a vinyl covering ( laminate?) that resembles the pattern of wood.
Vastly overpriced for what it is, and I still can't find a product description on the site that tells the customer they're not buying a wooden table.
Self assembly was easy and the product is robust enough, but very disappointing overall.
Not a company we would return to.

We would like to clarify that the materials used in this item are clearly stated on the product page, which describes the table as being manufactured from coated metal and MDF with a walnut foil finish. The item is not advertised as solid wood or oak throughout.
We appreciate that different customers have different expectations regarding materials and finishes, however we always aim to provide accurate product descriptions so customers can make an informed decision before purchasing.
We are pleased to hear that you found the table robust and straightforward to assemble, although we are sorry that overall it was not the right product for you.

Avoid , bad customer service
Bought a a few items about 6months ago , but 1 off the swivel chairs has broken from the inside, contact them as it was under warranty, they around & said we dont sell this item anymore next time you buy something we’ll give you 20% off which is ridiculous, their items are really expensive you dont expect to break in 6months. Avoid , items look good but crap quality

Super service, quality furniture.
Liked the bar stools and matching dining table chairs very much, got a great price and discount as well, as we had moved to a new property delivery address got a bit mixed up. A phone call and it was all sorted, even better all the items were delivered 2 days later. Super service, nothing was problem. Thank You.

The dining table and chairs I bought was top notch 👍, the quality is as advertised and was delivered with care. The only thing I would say is for the delivery companies to dispose of the cardboards but other than that is a 5 stars 🌟 for me.

Great product and service
I bought a table and chairs set from Lush Interiors and had a really positive experience. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. About a week before delivery, they called to confirm the delivery date, then contacted me again on the day — 3 hours before arrival and again 30 minutes before delivery, which was very helpful.
The set looks beautiful and exactly like the pictures online. I’m usually the kind of person who prefers to see and touch furniture in person before buying, so ordering online was a bit of a risk for me, but I wasn’t disappointed at all.
Everything was packed very well, and the assembly was easy. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.

The initial enquiry stage on social media was very prompt and informative. Once order placed the contact was slow and not as responsive.
The furniture purchased is beautiful! We had paid and discussed for an assembly on arrival of the dinning room chairs, table and side tables. This wasn’t communicated to the delivery team. Who wasn’t aware of this servise.
When I have bought high end furniture before the company has always been kind of enough to provide a build service and takeaway the packaging . This I feel is a nice touch! This didn’t happen with lush interiors even when asked to do so and pay extra for that. This took away from the furniture that had been delivered and the overall completed look as there was boxes left everywhere for such a large delivery. This was very disappointing.

We would just like to clarify that all order related enquiries are handled directly via email, as this is our main customer service channel rather than social media.
Regarding assembly, our delivery team would normally be aware of any booked assembly service, however there may have been a miscommunication if this was arranged separately at a later stage.
We also appreciate your comments regarding packaging removal. Unfortunately, our delivery teams are unable to take packaging away after delivery, as stated within our delivery information and delivery documentation. Due to the nature of our delivery routes and multiple deliveries each day, this is not a service we currently offer.

Avoid at all costs! Absolutely terrible customer service from the courier, The manager and the girl likesy that answered the phone.
I ordered 4 bar stools 2 weeks ago and they were to be delivered on Sat then at 6pm on Friday evening the courier called to say they won’t fit in the van from England to Scotland then the manager said he would send the chairs with dpd and I would get on Tuesday, He said he would let me know once they were ordered and I don’t hear so I then called them today for the girl to say the ordered was cancelled and could not give an explanation to why.
I now have to wait up to 5 days for my money and find a reputable company.
