The service delivery is quick.Firstly ordering online i was to choose…
Firstly ordering online i was to choose between the 2 colours and I stated black not knowing that this meant only chairs will be black.
The team that delivered stated their dining table comes only in one colour.
Secondly the guys who delivered matched on my carpet with dirty shoes despite the notice outside..
Also they left the planks as they were not broken down especially when they knew they do not collect the boxes.

Regarding the colour options, the table is available in one finish only and the colour choice applies to the chairs. This is shown at checkout where you select the number of chairs and their colour. We appreciate you highlighting this and we will review how we present it online.
We are also very sorry to hear about your experience with the delivery team and your carpet. All our delivery members are required to remove their shoes at the door, so this should not have happened. If you could email us directly, we would like to look into this further for you.
As for the packaging, we do state on our website that we do not remove or dispose of packaging materials, but we apologise if this was not clear at the time.

I literally ordered my dining room furniture and within less than a week I knew it would be delivered lush kept me well informed. Fantastic service and the guys that assembled it for me were fantastic very polite and friendly. I will use them again for sure.

Never buy, they deliver defective goods, and you have to try to take them back and they also say they will deduct 50, will I really contact them everywhere? I waited for a long time, completely dissatisfied

Please note that your delivery was signed for in perfect condition, and the item was fully assembled in your home. As stated clearly in our return policy, we are unable to accept large items back for a full refund once they have been assembled, as they can no longer be sold as new.
We did offer to arrange a return for you with a restocking fee to cover handling and resale costs, but this was declined. We always aim to be transparent with our customers and to find fair solutions in situations like this.
We are truly sorry that you feel disappointed and appreciate your understanding of our position.

Fabulous! Saw a perfect dining set off their socials and placed an order. Entire process and delivery was beautiful and I can’t say how lovely my dining set looks! Very sturdy chairs and the micro cement table is a statement piece for my kitchen diner. Everything looked better than pictured and we just love it!

Customer service whenever I needed them was quick to respond and very helpful, the chairs we ordered (faith barstools) got delayed and I was updated at every opportunity they had and when they arrived we received them really quickly and delivery drivers were amazing at following instructions. The bar stools are gorgeous and completely worth the wait. Would order from here again!

Love my table and chairs and breakfast bar stools. I had been looking for a while for breakfast bar stools to match the chairs on the dining table and finally found them on Lush Interiors website.
