I want to really show my gratitude to the amazing service provided to me by the company LuviaCure.

I booked a flight and hotel package in order to come and have a rhinoplasty surgery in Turkey and all the staff took care of me after I had my surgery and made everything easy for me, so now I have a new nose and a very grateful smile for all the service provided by the doctor and all his helpers, especially Kardelen who from the beginning welcomed me very well and was super attentive.

I really recommend the hotel and the service provider for making everything easy and non-stressful.

I traveled to Instanbul in February 2022 for dental surgery.
I needed 9 implants a bone graft and 28 Zirconia crowns to finaly get my smile back.

I did not feel confident about having the work done in the UK and chose to go to Turkey because of the good reviews i had read and massive price difference compared to what i had been quoted back home.
The whole process was made very easy and uncomplicated by the Luviacure team.I felt very welcome and cared for by all the staff in the dentist that i used,they were all wonderful and very professional.

I am very pleased with the final results and i can now smile with confidence again.

My accommodation was fantastic,all my transfers/travel to and from the dentist and airport was on time and comfortable.

I was looked after incredibly well by Zeynep,she was very professional/caring and kind.i was impressed by how capable she was to translate everything into English for me.She made me feel relaxed about all aspects of being abroad for surgery.

10/10...Fantastic!

I had Rhinoplasty via Luviacure and it all went superb. I was super nervous in the beginning; till the surgery, I was questioning my decision BUT:

1. The Team at London was very fast, efficient, responsive and professional compared to two other similar services I contacted. This made me choose them straightaway.

2. Their package offer was perfect. I wouldn't have gone for it if I had to sort out accommodation, transport and medical care.

3. The medical team, the surgeon and the hospital staff were very nice, professional and supportive. I especially want to mention Busra, who was there with me from day 1 until the last day. She took me to all the appointments and assisted with aftercare very supportively. Also, Kardelene supported me a lot. She was very kind and helpful.

4. I only have two suggestions for them to improve. First, I was sometimes unaware of the small updates e.g., I will be staying 1 night in the hospital or that I won't be allowed heavy exercise for 6 - 8 weeks and similar details. I would have liked to know everything in advance so my suggestion would be to create a document with every single detail in it. This would make a patient's experience 11/10. Secondly, I would have liked to stay in the hospital for 3 - 4 days because with a heavy bandage and so much pain, the hospital bed and staff on hand was very helpful. I requested an extra night form the doctor but had to pay £80. I was discharged on day 2 but day 3 and 4 were extremely painful. Yes, I was given painkillers and medication by the doctor but there was no other help whatsoever compared to when I was in the hospital. The hotel bed was not fit for someone post-surgery regardless how many pillows you use, I couldn't walk around as the room was too small and I was too scared to walk in the hotel lobby as it was always busy and I feared falling or tripping. These two days were very difficult. I requested more hospital stay even though I know it will be an extra cost but they did not let it. So, my suggestion to Luviacure would be to keep the options open for patients whether they want to stay 7 days in the hospital or hotel. The price was the same anyway (Hotel: £75 family room; Hospital: £80). Some people may prefer to stay in hotel so keeping the option open would be a lot helpful.

I had a rhinoplasty done by dr Mert Secer through Luvia Cure. The support and care I had received was incredible, from Can in London and especially Busra in Istanbul. Highly recommend this company for any procedures!

I had a hair transplant and the process was smooth and efficient, from the start. The U.K. contact answered all questions quickly, before my procedure. A little chasing to confirm final plans was needed, but I got the answers within a few minutes. The transportation from and to the airport at Turkey was nice and the vehicle immaculate. Büşra was my contact in Turkey and she looked after me incredibly well, even after I returned to the U.K., she was able to get quick answers from Doctors who were involved in my process. The Mono clinic was good and clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. There were no delays and as soon as I arrived, the process commenced. It is different to how things are done in the U.K., but this didn’t mean it was negative at all, and if you’re not afraid to ask questions when you’re not sure about something, you will get the answers. Considering the entire process, including paying for my return flight, was over half price than what it is in the U.K., I would highly recommend Luviacure.

Me and my mum visited Luviacure together and both had procedures done and can say we're incredibly pleased with the results. We were assisted by Busra who was always happy to help us with any inquiries and took us to our appointments and got our medication for us! And can also say we had one of the best surgeons ever and he knew exactly how and what we wanted. It was an unforgettable experience :)

I recently had a rhinoplasty procedure with Luviacure. At first I was very nervous about travelling for this surgery, however, Luviacure have been absolutely amazing. From day one they have been on hand to answer any of my questions or concerns. Once arriving to Turkey I was immediately met by a lady named Büsra, who has been assisting me all week with the Hotel and Hospital Transfers and making sure everything is going to plan. They made everything so easy and stress free for me. I would highly recommend anyone to use this company as you will not be disappointed. The best quality service for such a cheap price!

I had an excellent experience with luvia care. They were there for me throughout every step of the procedure. They were all very friendly and helpful. The rep was very kind and was there to support me throughout the whole procedure.

I came alone to Turkey to have the procedure. I was very nervous and worried. I need not have been. From being picked up at Istanbul Airport to going to my hotel. Being taken to all my appointments before and after surgery. I was never alone.The surgeon was fantastic. A true gentleman who was with me both before and after surgery. My interpreter was Busra. She never left my side and even went stopping for me. If I needed any thing at the hotel I texted her and a few minutes later the hotel staff was knocking on my door with my requirements.If you are thinking of having a procedure abroad choose Luviacure.They really do look after you like family. My partner and I both had Rhinoplasty surgery in Turkey. The level of care and quality of surgery was excellent. We are both so pleased with the results and were looked after brilliantly by our patient specialist Enes. He was with us every step of the way, even after coming out of surgery. I have had my procedure with Luviacure and my experience was excellent. I really want to thank the doctor and his team in Istanbul for doing a great hair transplant surgery. From start to finish each member of staff was very helpful and dedicated. I am very thankful to them. A special thanks to Ahmet for explaining the procedure so well, reassuring me that luviacure would take care of me. Also to Enes who took care of my hotel and transport as well as Büsra who was my translator. She supported me from the day of my surgery till my washing and is still keeping in touch with me! Overall I am very satisfied, I am still in the early stages but I will keep them updated!

My experience for my rhinoplasty procedure was so effortless from the transfer to the surgery and back to the hotel. I had an amazing assistant, Ayse who was there with it all for me she was more like a friend and I’m so grateful for that. Would definitely recommend going here for any procedure it’s just so much easier.
