I've ordered several wigs throughout the years and will continue. I love them and has the true salt and pepper blend.

The shipping time was great and really quick and the customer service was excellent! I LOVE this wig! The hair texture is so soft, the layers and cut makes the hair so bouncy. The hairline is Super Natural looking and it's very beginner friendly, which makes it a great choice if you are new to wearing wigs

I have purchased my fourth wig from this company. What I like most is their communication and customer service. My last unit was going to take a bit longer based on my request. They kept me informed and once the unit was ready sent me photos which was very much appreciated. The hair quality, craftsmanship, color, etc. has gone beyond my expectations.

This is my SECOND wig from LuvWin and I am again very pleased. The quality of the hair is top of the line and the styles are so attractive on any woman. I was able to provide 3 styles in minutes for just this wig. HUGE PLUS! I will DEFINITELY be shopping with them again.

My latest experience with the Luvwin 5x5 salt and pepper wig order was an ordeal to be sure but based on great past experiences, I wanted to give them every chance to make it right, and after a lot of back and forth and slow shipping, I was finally able to get an exchange. I didn't like it initially because it was noticebly shorter on the sides, and it had a stronger chemical smell than I remembered. I washed and conditioned it. It now has look and feel I have come to expect. I am glad we were able to work out our differences to a meaningful end because in my view Luvwin has the best selection of salt and pepper wigs.

The professionalism, the attention, very helpful, respectful. I love how they treta the customers and the customer service after sales also. I hda the greatest experience and I was very happy and the product amazing, top quality

I love Luvwin Wigs … I ordered 4 times already. The Quality of the hair and Texture of the lace are so realistic. I bought a wig from Soul Lady but their wigs are not made the same in my opinion so I don’t wear that one. Also the customer service is timely and professional.
I will be ordering a 5th wig in the coming weeks. 😇

The units on the website are exactly what you’re going to get! The wigs are high quality and packaged well! I’ll definitely recommend purchasing from them.

I purchased a wig from Luvwin.com, and although their policy states that items can be returned within 15 days of receiving them, the process has been extremely difficult. The policy requires customers to contact customer service before returning an item, but despite emailing them several times, I have not received proper support. Instead, the only option they’ve offered is a partial credit if I choose to keep the wig. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business

The salt and pepper curly wig is amazing. The hair quality is great. It's a beautiful glueless wig for the mature ladies with salt and pepper hair.It is hassle free and beginner friendly.The hair is bouncy and soft. Love my wig.

I ordered 2 wigs from this company. They took forever to arrive. LUVWIN74712966. Both wigs have a pungent smell that’s unbearable. One of the wigs looks like lice is throughout the hair. The hair is very dry and brittle. I contacted this company with my complaints. No one has responded. I can not believe that a company would send a customer wigs that smell and look like this. I want my money back. I have a picture of the one with white nastyness running throughout the wig.

Color was salt and pepper with shades of brown/champagne...not worth the price and after reading the customer service issues ...wont purchase from this company again

I paid for a wig on Sept 8,2025 and I didn't get it until mid Oct. When it was received it was not what I asked for I paid for a 16 inch curly wig and I received an 8 inch wig that looked awful. My intention was to return and have them refund my money. After some back and forth and lots of pictures on my end we settled that I would do an exchange and pay the cost difference not a problem. Next issue they wanted me to cover the cost of sending the wig back to them. I was not doing that as the problem with the wig was on their end. They are located in China so it was agreed that if I sent the wig to a U.S location and covered that cost they would issue me a refund for the shipping cost upon receipt from the post office. The cost was $9.75 they received the wig on Oct 27th and it still took me almost 2 1/2 weeks for them to issue me a refund. To me this is bad business and unacceptable. Granted usually the quality of the wigs is good this time it wasn't and it was one of my worse experience trying to get them to accept the wig back and pay for shipping and refund my shipping cost in a timely manner. The whole experience was a nightmare with countless emails, excuse and delays.

The hair is soft and very good quality, I was happy with the lace as it was easy to blend on skin even with no glue applied . I highly recommend the hair

I ordered a wig from Luvwin and became a very disappointed and dissatisfied no longer customer. The wig did not arrive as advertised. The hair was brittle and hard. They refused a refund even though th e product was going to be returned in the same condition it was received. I will never order another product from them. I had to cancel my card to keep them from continuing to receive monies on a product that I was utterly dissatisfied with. My husband was just as dissatisfied as I was. Halloween wouldn't have done it any justice!!!

I love the communication and fast response. There wigs are really beautiful and natural looking.

Terrible Experience! Still waiting on refund after 3 months. Wrong wig sent and then the replacement was sent to the wrong address. Still waiting!
