I mistakenly ordered the wrong case and…
I mistakenly ordered the wrong case and emailed within half an hour, once to highlight the issue and again to cancel the order because I could not find an alternative. The item was shipped anyway. I was invited to return the item but the cost proved to be inhibitive. I have wasted my money on an item I don't want and still do not have an item I need. If you're going to ship so quickly perhaps you should provide customers with a quick way of cancelling an order. Not happy, but I guess I only have myself to blame. Wish I'd never bothered.

Bought a sparkly blue phone case as part of my sister's birthday gifts and she absolutely loves it! It did take a while to arrive but I'd ordered in plenty of time.

Slim case that still survived a drop
Was after something that wasn't bulky but also wouldn't crack the second I dropped it, hard combo to find. This one hit the mark, slides into my pocket fine but caught a proper drop onto tile by accident last week and the phone came out fine. Colour shown online matched what turned up, no washed out shade swap like sometimes happens with cases. Delivery took maybe three days. Packaging was simple, no wasted box space or extra plastic which I appreciated more than I expected to.
