The Albany WA store provided high quality customer service with an honest and trustworthy team. The 2 Gentleman that installed our blinds not only knew the product very well they were also friendly and worked together as a team. I would definitely recommend this company and their products to everyone. PS it's not the first time we have shopped at this store that goes to show the quality of the business and their wonderful service.

I had a Duette Honeycomb blind installed, it wasn’t particularly cheap but the best thing I ever did. I love it, it does everything I need it to, it reduces heat entering through the glass, can go up or down and looks great too!

I was unsure on what style of blinds to put through each room. Brent did an amazing job helping me select each blind suitable for each room. I absolutely love the look the new blinds have created in my house!

Recently had plantation shutters and an outdoor blind installed. Both have transformed their respective areas and we are extremely pleased with them.
Staff were very helpful and accommodating in all aspects of the process from choosing the right product, measuring and installation.

We are so thrilled with our new shutters that have replaced our nearly 30 year old window treatments. All the rooms look so fresh & they cut out the light in the bedrooms, good for sleeping. In the office the fact that we can close the bottom section, as the outlook is onto the neighbours, and the top half we can have open & let in the light is wonderful. So happy.

The five stars truly represents the product, the service and the staff. The staff at Albany Curtain Centre are very friendly and extremely helpful, offering good advice when asked. Dean and Tim’s attention to detail installing the blinds and roller shutters was second to none. Nothing is too much, always happy to answer questions and appreciate good coffee and a friendly big dog. Both my wife and I highly recommend the products and the staff.

This is the second time we have used Albany Luxaflex. As with the first time, we experienced complete satisfaction with all aspects of the process. From the initial suggestions for window furnishings through the accurate measuring, professional fitting and clean up, the crew were amazing, easy to work with and great to have in the house.
Absolutely love our shutters and Verishade blinds that we had installed. Cannot recommend Albany Luxaflex enough.

Our experience with Luxaflex has been a breeze from the start. All staff have been super helpful - from the selection of designs and fabrics, to measuring and installing. There was a minor hiccup with their miscommunication of the installation time/date but they handled it in a professional and friendly way. Blinds are in and they look great! Looking forward to seeing what difference they make the the insulation of our home in winter and summer.
