Dreadful service and communication

The sun awning I purchased was manufactured within the time frame promised. The installation was done very efficiently. The installer went to a lot of trouble to install a new power outlet and synchronise the new awning with existing awnings. The new awning has made a huge improvement to the amenity of our north facing balcony.

Very pleased with new verticals. We had great service throughout the process and the install went smoothly. Slightly longer than expected in production however worth the wait. The product is easy to use, reliable and excellent quality.

David at Luxaflex Epping was very helpful and patient with us as we chose colours and fabrics guiding us with his expertise. We decided on the motorized thermal quad cell honeycomb blind and I couldn’t be happier with the results - the heat is noticeably kept at bay on our western windows.

We’ve recently had two duette shades installed. One was to cover a bay window seat and the other covering a very large window over our staircase. We couldn’t be happier with them. Our only regret was not doing it sooner! The whole process was so simple from start to finish. The installation was very quick and easy.
The blinds themselves look so stylish and block out the sun perfectly. There was. Great range of colours to choose from.
Overall, they just look great!

David, from Fashion Floors and Windows, who came to quote, was a delight. He told me what I wanted to know about Luxaflex products, related to my windows, and showed me how they would work for my rooms. He assured me about things that were of concern to me, explaining that they were other people's choices and not necessary.
We came to a conclusion about the window treatments happily and ordered 4 x Edge Roller Blinds, a double for the bedroom and 2 for the loungeroom, and all the parts immediately.
I was expecting to wait far longer before being informed that they were ready to install, as we have longer waits for everything due to Covid.
We had carefully installed beautiful blinds within 3 weeks of David quoting.

We wanted to replace vertical blinds on three floor to ceiling windows that were past their best after 20 years of service. We were pleased to be able to start with a visit the show room in Church St North Parramatta and looked at various, blind & curtain options in a relaxed environment and go home and imagine how they would look. We considered other supplier options, however found Luxaflex to have a superior range of Sheer fabric to choose from and competitive pricing. They were able to come to our house to measure and quote. We are happy with the job which was neat and the S wave sheer we chose has improved the look & feel of the room. We can certainly recommend Luxaflex this being our second good experience with them the first being external screens some years earlier, yours faithfully, Paul & Mouzel

From our initial visit to the shop, to the home visit for measuring through to the final installation we were thrilled with the professionalism, attention to detail and friendliness of the staff. We went into the showroom at Parramatta for Fashion Floors & Windows on Saturday 4th July, Dave came out to measure on the 7th and by the 20th July Adam had installed a beautiful new Luxaflex Classique Roman Shade , one week earlier than promised. As always the staff at Fashion Floors & Windows are prompt and professional and we love our new blind. It's transformed our office into a light and fresh new space and you can't go wrong with Luxaflex. A beautifully Australian made product and Qantas points to boot.

I am most disappointed with my Luxiflex luminette shades. I ordered these in a diamond WHITE color but unfortunately when they are stacked back, they go a definite pink color which is awful for the color decor of my room. While it is not as bad at night, still has a pink hue, and of course it’s during the day when I have them opened and stacked that the pink color really shows up. I paid a lot of money for these and the white diamond color is a misrepresentation so BEWARE unless you would be happy with PINK when they are back. Have raised it with David of FF & W but no one seems very interested in my problem. Was told it was something reflecting on the outside which is rubbish as it would do it all the way along. If I had been made aware of this pink color problem coming through I would not have bought these.

I am very happy with the Luxaflex plantation shutters, Duette Shades and balcony awning that installed by Fashion Windows and Doors, Parramatta lately for my apartment. I went to the shop to see the products first and got thorough explanation of the shutters, blinds, shades of many kind in great details. Once they were ordered, they arrived within the 3 weeks unlike many who give you the promise that never come true. The installation was punctual, fast, clean and professional. Because my apartment is facing west, the Luxaflex shutters, shades and awning work well to block out the hot summer sun. I have no hesitation to recommend Luxaflex products.
