The manager is extremely thorough and professional….listens to the customer’s needs, quotes accordingly and delivers on commitments. The installers attention to detail (measuring accurately and minimising gaps etc) is awesome. Couldn’t be happier 👏👏👏

I am a quadriplegic living in Cairns and have a west facing office and bedroom window. I was thinking an awning outside to lessen the afternoon heat and blinds to finish th bare windows on the inside. The lovely lady from Cairns Blinds and Awnings offered the option of the Smartfit Honeycomb Blinds which would do the job without the need for an awning.
The blinds were measured and fitted in quick time and they look so beautiful and the cordless handles work great or me. Cant be more happy.

All the blinds were ordered as block out, translucent were installed. The rep, Jordan, tried to blame me and said I had ordered the wrong blinds. His office then confirmed they priced, and I had paid for block out, and they would correct the issue. After many weeks some of the blinds were replaced. Two blinds were left as translucent, yet despite confirming I had paid for block out Tweed Coast refuse to provide any credit or refund for the difference in cost. They are now trying to say that I only ever paid for the translucent, which they have previously confirmed is not the case. I would buy Luxaflex again but never through Tweed Coast and Security.

We ordered the Luxaflex Duette Shades. Material itself is good. The wand to operate the blinds - up/down, looks a bit flimsy and don't expect it to last. The other one was the continuous loop - same issue, the rope or string seems a bit loose. We have the top-down, bottom-up design. It now has a gap at the top, more so on one side.
Service is disappointing in terms of the Qantas points offer. At no point did they ask about supplying them the membership number, when I called, they said it's usually when full payment is made. When I finally followed up, they said it was too late, that I should have supplied the number during quote (quote does not say this, it only says they give 1 point per dollar). Had I known this, I would have gone somewhere else. Same quality, similar price and better warranty - maybe better wand operation. When it's time to replace other curtains, I'm going somewhere else.

Fantastic customer service from Mark and the Luxaflex Team, from start to finish! Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the blinds we needed and kept us informed throughout the production process. The installation of all our blinds was faultless - the Luxaflex Team were so friendly, efficient and very professional. Highly recommend this fabulous service!!

Everything just done well, end result is what we would have hoped for - and this is why we came back to Luxaflex after having plantation shutters done elsewhere in the house previously. Easy to deal with across the board.

We purchased through Luxaflex in Port Macquarie and were quite disappointed with the customer service. We had two cancelled appointments and when the installers arrived they had been given the wrong blinds for our master bedroom, meaning we had to install temporary curtains.
The installation guys were very professional and courteous and the quality of the product is just as described by the salesman
Luxaflex tend to be a little more expensive than other local companies so we did not expect poor service

I've had other Duet blinds installed in other rooms before and love them. They look nice and work great.

Luxaflex at Tuncurry/Forster were so great to deal with! They communicated direct with our builder. On install day the guys were really nice to talk to, they did a great job and I had to leave early so they took pictures of the completed job and emailed the pics to me. Would absolutely recommend them!!

Communication, quality products, excellent installation technician

In replacing a water damaged curtain of many years with a choice of the same model or the slightly more expensive current model, there was no pressure on me to spend more than I had planned. However, I did purchase and fit the more costly upgraded item as a matter of my own choice. I now find that I am happier with my decision because I know I chose wisely.
