We recommend Olympic Blinds for Luxaflex. Their friendly team provided excellent advice and service. We are delighted with the quality Luxaflex blinds which were professionally installed by Olympic blinds.

It all came down to the service and quality of the products. The excellent service started with Dea assisting us choosing our blinds followed by Edele who came and measured the whole house for our requirements. Then came David who fitted the blinds and shutters. All professionals and delivered on time. All this amazing service came from the Luxaflex Myaree Team. My husband and I send a big thank you to all.

Professional from first phone call to fitting. Arrived on time with minimum fuss and mess. Main bedroom had curtains only made and left old blinds decided to put sheer first phone call lady was busy with customer and didn't get back. I have never had service and such professionalism from any furnishings company in Australia! Friendly, timely, fantastic measurer, helpful design decisions & amazing products! The entire team from sales to install were brilliant. My rooms are transformed with the new blinds & window furnishings! Couldn't be happier!

It was easy considering a team member was unwell. A company representative stepped in and quoted. The installer visited and measured. In a short time blinds were ready and extremely well installed. Very happy.
One note though, the removed blinds are to be sold through our local OpShop but the installers did not leave the brackets necessary to install the blinds. Is it possible to pick up two sets of brackets?

The blinds were just what I wanted to help keep my apartment warmer in winter. The advice and service I received from the business were prompt and thorough in measuring and installing the new duet blinds.

Company detailed pros and cons of the walk through sliding blinds and readily helped me select the best colour and texture for my room.Instalation occurred when scheduled and there was prompt service to fix the 1 small problem I had with the clip detaching.Very friendly,polite and supportive staff.

The installation was a lot quicker than I anticipated. However, there was an issue with the actual installation. This issue was fixed promptly and expertly as soon as it was reported. Couldn't ask for better service than that .

My experience with Riteway was excellent from start to finish. Bec in the Fyshwick store was so helpful about colours & designs, Alan had some really good suggestions about my windows when he came to do the final measure and Paul did a great job of installing them. I'm very happy with the service and value and I would recommend Riteway to anyone looking for blinds.
