WARNING!
WARNING!! The item i ordered and received is very poor quality. The pendant is cheap in looks and feel. Pendent detail and colour is not as it appears in the promotional image. Engraving is so small you cannot read it and it’s a dirty brown colour.
We bought this for our son, but we cannot give it to him because of the reasons mentioned. I contacted Luxesmith to complain and asked if I could return for a refund. I provided photos and a video of my item to support my complaint. I had to repeatedly send a photo of the engraving because they said they could not read the text – well HELLO! – yet still they have refused to refund. Instead, they just told me I needed to polish the item myself.
I have image proof but not way of attaching to this review format.
You have been warned people! Don’t waste your money with this company.
