Ottivat minulta Klarnan kautta…
Luxplus laskutti minulta Klarnan kautta uudestaan maksun minkä olen jo heille maksanut viime vuoden syyskuussa 2025. Kuinka voi olla mahdollista että klarnalla väittävät tämän olevan kestotilaus vaikka en ole tämmöistä ikinä tehnytkään. Nyt 7kk päästä heille lähti maksu 95.91e mutta en ole saanut luxplussalta mitään tuotteita mutta rahat lähti tililtä. Tarkistin asian mobilepaylla eikä mulla ole maksusopimusta Klarnan kanssa. Pelottavaa toimintaa kun et voi mitään tehdä mutta rahaa lähtee tililtä mobilepayn kautta jossa Klarna on välikätenä ja luxplussa laskuttajana. Olen jättänyt sähköpostitse yhteydenottopyyntöjä luxplussalle mutta kukaan ei vastaa ja kohta on mennyt jo kaksi viikkoa!

I am very sorry that you feel tricked into a membership, that is never our intention! When you place your first order with Luxplus, you can choose to purchase products at our discounted member prices and simultaneously become a member with a 14-day free trial period. After this period, the membership continues at a price of 9.95 EUR per month, but of course, it can be canceled after the first order is shipped.
If you do not wish a membership, it is always possible to order to our normal price and buy without the membership.

Älkää ikinä tilatko tuolta firmalta mitään! Jäsenmaksut menee, vaikka ei ole enää edes jäsen! Riitautin tilanteen klarnan kautta, koska kyseinen firma on vienyt jo multa 260€ jäsenmaksuja. Jäseneksi joutuu myös vahingossa eli kusetusfirma. Ja asiakaspalvelu on ihan perseestä, ainoastaan robotin kanssa voi keskustella ja asiat ei etene mihinkään!

Olkaa varovaisia! Helposti olettekin jäsen vaikka ette sitä halunnut. Peruutin jäsenyyteni heti kun tuli uusi lasku ,mutta olin kuulemma liian myöhässä peruuttanut sen. Joten jouduin myös maksamaan seuraavan kuukauden vaikka laskun eräpäivään oli kaksi ja puoli viikkoa. Hirveää huiputusta ,en suosittele. Lisäksi tilaamani ripsiväri oli jo valmiiksi kuivunut.

You used a payment method called Klarna Pay Later. Klarna Pay Later is a payment method where the invoice is sent after the purchase, so you don’t have to pay straight away.
You chose this payment method when you placed your first order with Luxplus at the member price, thereby starting your membership at 9.95 per 30 days.
Your membership with Luxplus has been cancelled, but as you cancelled it after the last renewal, the invoice for the membership still needs to be paid. I can understand if this is confusing for you, but the invoice is for a membership period that you have entered into and thus started. It is important for me to emphasise that this is not for the following month, but for the month’s membership that you have already entered into.
I have also sent you an email explaining this in further detail.

Edelleen maksan maksuja vaikka jäsenyys peruttu heti ja tuotteet palautettu. Klarnan kautta yritin kiistää maksut ja lähetin kaikki todisteet peruutetusta jäsenyydestä, silti taas yksi maksu maksettavana… Älä tilaa jos et halua ongelmia! Maksuja nyt useampi kymppi tuotteista jotka palautin, jäsenyydestä jota en koskaan halunnut ja olen peruuttanut heti ensimmäisen maksun tultua…Taistellut asiasta Marraskuusta…

When shopping at member prices, a membership is created, and this includes a 14-day free trial followed by a monthly fee if not cancelled within the trial period. The membership information is shown in several places, including next to the products, in the shopping cart, in the terms and conditions (which must be accepted before completing the order), and in the order confirmation email.
That said, we completely understand that misunderstandings can still happen, and we genuinely regret if the information was not clear to you.

Surkein nettikauppa ikinä. Tilasin hyvään hintaan hiusöljyn 2024 vuonna ja siitä asti vuoteen 2026 ne on veloittanut tililtäni 200 euroa vähintään 2 vuoden yhteydessä, joka kuukausi maksat heille!!!!! Huijaus ja oston yhteydessä myös vaivihkaan "ostat" jäsenyyden ja siitä nuo maksut. Älkää ostako täältä on monia muita paljon parempia nettikauppoja.

Älkää todellakaan vahingossakaan tilatko täältä. Kuulema joku maksullinen jäsenyys minulle luotu samalla kun tein tilauksen. Noh tätäpä yritän perua mutta se ei itse onnistu, vaikka he niin sanovat. Nettisivuilta löytyy painike ”hallitse tilausta” jonka kautta tämän pitäisi onnistua mutta tätä painamalla mitään ei tapahdu. Ystävälläni sama juttu. Yrittävät että asiakas pitkästyy eikä jaksa ottaa yhteyttä asiakaspalveluun eikä peru tilausta. Asiakaspalvelu ei vastaa, lopulta kun vastaa niin käyttäytyy erittäin asiattomasti. Asiakaspalvelu botti tosin vastailee ja on laitettu vastailemaan siten että botin kanssa on vaikeaa edetä tilauksen päättämiseen ja asiakaspalvelijan tavoittamiseen. Botti yrittää pitkittää asiaa eikä laita asiakaspalvelijalle pyyntöäni. Yrittävät että asiakas luovuttaa ja maksaisi jäsenyyden. Huijaussivusto!

Luxplusissa jäsenyys mainitaan selkeästi useissa kohdissa tilausprosessin aikana, muun muassa tuotesivulla, ostoskorissa ja tilauksen vahvistusvaiheessa. 14 päivän maksuttoman kokeilujakson jälkeen jäsenyys muuttuu automaattisesti maksulliseksi jäsenyydeksi, jonka hinta on 9,95 € kuukaudessa ja jonka voi irtisanoa milloin tahansa.
