Amazing customer service
So, originally I had a bad experience by not receiving updates to my order and it exceeding the delivery due date so left a bad review and emailed. HOWEVER, the customer service I recieved after this was outstanding. Really quick replies (sometimes even minutes apart!) constant updates on how they’re fixing the situation as well as sending me a free gift as an apology. The jewellery honestly seems like such good quality as well and I do think I would actually purchase from them again. The necklace I purchased was beautiful!

I have not received my item , nearly 3 wks from purchase . I have sent two emails and received no replies to either one . No customer service at all . No due date for delivery . Item has not even been sent yet .

Brilliant customer service
I ordered my item a few days ago and reached out to customer support for an update, as I expected to receive my order much sooner. They responded promptly, explaining that my order was ready to be shipped the following day. To compensate for the inconvenience, they offered me a free gift worth £25 with my order.
For this reason, I give them 5 stars for their excellent customer service. This is definitely a trustworthy site that goes the extra mile to keep their customers happy.

Ordered pendant and chain
Ordered pendant and chain. Emailed few times to find out delivery, no response. When parcel was delivered, it was wrapped by a six year old, unprofessional. The gift was in a cheap plastic pouch. Please read these reviews before ordering anything from this company.
I did contact the company and we worked out the problems amicably, and therefore, I have now raised my ratings to 4 star.

Poor quality jewellery and poor…
Poor quality jewellery and poor customer service. I received my necklace it was nothing like what was advertised on the website.. it took almost a week to get a response from the company whom I think is just a person operating from a residential address.. I finally got an answer and sent the product back and made sure it was tracked. 4 weeks later and 5 emails on I am still chasing them for my refund… don’t bother with them .. fake company!!
I appreciate your recent response, but I want to make it clear that I’m not interested in engaging in a debate on social media or elsewhere. Trust pilot is a platform meant for honest feedback, and my review reflects my genuine experience with your company.
I do not agree with your request to take down my review. Unfortunately, I had to send multiple emails before receiving any response, and only after sharing my experience publicly did I receive further communication. This sequence speaks for itself.

We’re truly sorry to hear you’ve been left disappointed by your experience. However, we would like to kindly clarify that some details in your review appear to be incorrect.
A return label was provided to you via email, and once your item was received, a full refund was processed on 25th June to your original payment method. This was confirmed via email to both addresses you used to contact us. Your emails regarding the refund were sent in July, after the refund had already been issued, as we’ve shown in our recent communication with a screenshot.
For that reason, the statement in your review — “4 weeks later and 5 emails on, I'm still chasing a refund” — doesn’t reflect the timeline accurately, as the refund was promptly processed upon receipt of your return.
Now that you've checked your bank statement, you'll be able to see that the refund had been issued. If you have any other questions or need further support, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we're always happy to help.
We completely respect your right to leave honest feedback and never intend to silence customer experiences. Our only aim in replying is to ensure the facts are clearly presented for others who may be reading.
