I ordered Patchouli and Black Oud.
I have been sent the most disgusting rose oil that smells completely unwearable.
Emailed customer service to ask for a full refund and I have been ignored. Not a single word.
I do not trust this company and I would not recommend them.
I will now take the matter up via my bank.

Abit disappointed…
The reason I am having to mark down my review is I emailed the company requesting information regarding ingredients for the product I bought (perfume oil) as I wanted to check for allergy purposes ( I did check the website before purchasing and saw there was no information available on what the oils are made up of) decided to take a risk and order anyway which yes was my choice however I thought the product may have come with abit of paper with a little more information on about this so I gave the benefit of the doubt and thought it will be fine but nothing came with it. So not a problem I thought I will email them and surely I will get an answer, wrong!

I have given over a week and no reply to my email
Which isn't really acceptable for requesting important information which should be easily available anyway according to uk guidelines ( quick google will show the current rules ) as we have no clue what is in this product!
You have a wonderful website and products however this lack of information and poor customer service says you don’t take the well being of your customers seriously, Fix this issue please!

Purchased Oud badar & Scent of dubai perfume oils, they smell amazing and long lasting too. Went to a mall wearing them seen some heads turning😅🤩

I bought two perfume oils ( Black tie)on promotion buy one get one free. When I received them, I tried one of them and it did not last even one hour despite the fact the it was an oil ( eau de toilet last longer than that). I contacted the customer service and asked if I could changed at least the unopened one to something else in the same price range( I was not after a refund, so the company will not lose anything).
They replied with negative response.
This was my first purchase and will be the last, I could have became a regular customer but they just lost one for life.

Been ordering from this site for roughly a year now and have went through a good variety of scent from them. So far have not found any that have been anything but well presented and strongly fragranced oils. I do miss my favourite 'Italian Men' but other than that the sheer variety and potency of the fragrances have been astounding.
Recommended this site to pretty much everyone I know and have made them a sizeable group of returning customers. If you want a strong long lasting fragrance that is also remarkably cheap for the quality definitely give this site a go.
Always arrive quickly and with a lovely bag or box to boot. Will always be shopping here for the rest of my days. Can't recommend them enough.

I'd like to think that I'm a frequent customer of luxury scent. I have had many perfume/attars and most have been very good however after watching the video on YouTube re black gold. I was left more than disappointed with this product. The review on YouTube led me to believe this was a special Attar put together by Luxury Scent. So here are my points

Initial spray it smells pretty good but after that there's nothing to it.

The price at £59 you'd expect the longevity to at least last between 4-6 hours ( should be atleast 6-8 for that price)

The bottle isn't easy to get at in the casing, and the atomiser is below average. A little tap, and you get a bit out before you fully press for the rest to
come out.

Overall a real disappointment

Love this idea! Ideal for your handbag! The perfume stays with you all day! The rollerball means you are not spraying it around good for the environment! Also easy to use if you can't get on with the spray action! Good price too! So you can order the small bottles to test out all the perfumes to see which ones you really like!

I have nothing but positive praise for Luxury Scents. Their website is very user friendly and ordering is a breeze. The 7 oils I have are fantastic and are my go to for the working week.

Second bad product from these people, watered down oil, would let me return either, shame as the 5ml samples were decent, 36ml oil and spray rubbish

Love love love this perfume it lasts so long and wow the compliments are amazing so many people ask about this gorgeous smell

Prompt delivery. Amazing scents. I am however not happy with how one of the sample scent came almost empty! I should have returned them immediately but the others were ok. I checked ,not sure it was a leakage. Its more like an oversight from the packaging team.
You should apologise with a replacement of the Blue moon sample sent pls
