This seller it really down to earth seller had an mistake on the sale but he sorted out in a very gentle manner i would recommend this seller any time and i would buy anything in future without any doubts

I bought a steel mesh bracelet from them, arrived on time with a note saying thanks for buying from our family owned business. The bracelet was not what I expected, a very generic mesh bracelet, completely different from the description which is supposedly like the Omega James Bond - No Time to Die model. I emailed them got no reply. Emailed them second time they replied with address you can return no problem. So I returned the bracelet and its been 23 days and no reply to any of my emails. I bought it on 28 May and returned on 31 May. Today is 23 June, and they have not acknowledged or replied to any of me emails or refunded me. There is no online return portal either. No telephone number, just an email address. Another buyer wrote exactly the same thing!!!

Poor quality mesh band that I wanted to return however they refused to answer my emails or direct messages or communicate in any way. Also they claim to have an “online returns portal”. I searched their website but couldn’t find one! Best avoided. The Strap Tailor is a much better option with people who are genuine and honest unlike this guy.

In response to John's reply below. What rubbish. I also attempted to contact you via your Instagram, your own messaging function on your website and via telephone (unavailable). None of which received a response, or did they also go missing? I stand by my original review which is not "incorrect".
BTW he doesn't seem to refute the absence of an "online returns portal" on his website despite claiming he has one.

Only a small purchase of steel strap springs for my rolex delivered on time and just the job. Will use you again for next big purchase too,good to be based in the UK 🇬🇧

I purchased a Milanese Strap for my Breitling, which seemed really nice but there was a fault with the fastening, so I contacted Luxury Watch Straps who readily agreed to change it for the No Time to Die strap. They kindly agreed to send out the new trap before I returned the first one so I saved some money at the jewellers in changing over just the one strap.
The new strap arrived and I am really happy with it. I have paid for the new one and they have returned the cost of the original purchase. All really good service, very nice people to deal with, I would certainly go back to them in the future, very highly recommended

I have had the jubilee watch strap purchased from Luxurywatchstraps installed on a Tudor watch (at the time, they were made mainly with Rolex components) by a local jeweller and I asked him what he thought of it’s quality: “not bad, he said, not bad at all” .

I also feel it’s good quality, solid and reliable.
I was a bit anxious to place a non original trap on an expensive Tudor watch but I feel quite confident now.

Ordered and paid for a strap on 16th Jan 24. Didn’t get a confirmation mail with an order number. Requested on and was told that the strap I ordered was out of stock and would be in stock in a week. It’s now 18th of feb 24 and I have heard nothing. Very disappointed and out just under €100.

I had a technical glitch with receiving email confirmation but John and his wife have been extremely helpful with sorting this. I look forward to receiving my order.
