From the very first enquiry to the final installation, Luxwood delivered an exceptional service. Simon provided a detailed and accurate quote based on my measurements, then worked closely with me to refine the design so it perfectly suited my space. Nothing felt rushed, and every suggestion was thoughtful and professional.

Communication throughout was excellent. Timelines for design, manufacture, delivery and installation were clear and consistently met, which made the whole process completely stress-free.

On installation day, the team were punctual, polite and highly professional. They treated my home with care, kept everything tidy and the quality of workmanship is outstanding. The finished media wall has completely transformed the room and exceeded my expectations in every way.

We'd looked at other suppliers and had quotes but we were unsure. Then I bumped into Simon who I'd worked with many years ago when he was still an apprentice - even then he had an amazing work-ethic. So I when he said they were doing media walls we had him round. What I loved about their approach was their passion for what they do, the creative ideas they have and how they find solutions to tricky problems. We are very happy with the results.

Highly recommend!! The boys have build 2 media walls for me in the space of 2 months.

The lads were helpful from the first conversation over instagram. We asked for a a media wall which was not easy to make involving an open flame fire, bend in media wall and wallpapered. The boys made it seem so easy and done the job to exactly how we asked.
