The cleaner that came did a GREAT job but my issue is with the owner Ferhat.

The cleaner was at my house doing a deep clean and she did a great job in the bathroom and kitchen, but when she left I just texted Ferhat to let him know that for the bedrooms much wasn’t done and said that maybe in future it should be a 2 person job (they were only vacuumed and I was expecting a bit more to be done considering I booked a deep clean of the flat). When I had spoken to him on the phone BEFORE the booking I did say maybe 2 people would be needed for the job because it would take a long time for just 1 person, but he said don’t worry the cleaner will just leave whenever they finish and it will take however long it takes.
Anyway I wasn’t going to leave feedback online about this because the cleaner had done so well everywhere else, it was more of a point to remember in the future so I just mentioned it to him. I also mentioned that there were only so many cupboards I could empty for the cleaner to clean because I was pregnant, but I said the cupboards she did clean looked really good.

He responded being very defensive, saying the cleaner was there for hours, saying I am taking advantage of a small business and I that I used him to get a £20 discount, saying he has before and after pictures of what was cleaned and that if I leave a bad review he’ll share the pictures of how dirty my place was before, that I wasn’t honest about the size of the property, that he should’ve charged more , that I didn’t tell him beforehand that I was pregnant etc. my husband tried to speak to him on the phone, Ferhat said he refused to speak with me and the conversation just escalated into an argument sadly because he just wasn’t listening. I was trying to explain but he continued to accuse me of taking advantage etc. He also said that I didn’t tell him beforehand that I was pregnant and so when I cleared out the cupboards at the pace I did, it slowed down the cleaner. This isn’t true. I cleared the cupboards before she started each room and did not slow her down at all.
Also, I don’t recall ever asking for the discount that he claims I did, but for the sake of peace I just transferred him another £20 and blocked his number because I was so distressed after the interaction.

I debated with myself whether to leave this review or not for months, but decided I should. The owner needs to be better at communication, because of how he spoke to me and handled my comment I can’t use this company again even though I would’ve liked to. One small comment shouldn’t have led him to behave the way he did.
I’m sure Ferhat will respond with screenshots of texts and other evidence and accusing me of xyz but the bottom line is, I was handled in a terrible manner and that’s not how business owners should speak with people or handle situation.

I would have given 1 star but can’t deny the effort the cleaner made.

They send it an amazing cleaning lady for my house, she made the best cleaning which I had in whole my life!

Used this company several times now and the level of service is impeccable would highly recommend top service
