Luxxedition has always stood out to me because of their curated collection of beautiful pieces in excellent condition. One thing I truly love about Michelle is she has excellent customer service! She answers all my questions thoroughly and never hesitates to send additional photos of anything I ask for. Michelle was amazing to work with! She was very detailed in my inquiries about purchasing a Chanel bag from her. She provided a lot of photos and videos of the bag and she even went back to check for an extra box for me because there wasn’t one originally included so she included one for me. Let me start off by saying Michele is 10/10 in customer service, she has such niche for all Chanel’s and Hermes bags ! She answered all my questions immediately (even being in a different time zone than I ) and delivered my vintage Chanel is less than 24 hours. Her Chanel sourcing is very impressive as well as her pricing being very competitive. I used to use Fashionphile or The RealReal for my Chanel, NEVER AGAIN. Michele is your girl for Chanel and Hermes. She even wraps up your package with such attention to detail. You’ll know what I mean when you purchase from her!!
