I found the accessories in store to be poor quality and unoriginal. Can get the same/ similar designed keyrings and pins from other sellers

I first found out about Lyna London after seeing their pop up in Canary Wharf, it attracted so much attention including mine and I fell in love with pretty much ALL of the pieces. They have the most beautiful hand made accessories such as hair clips and phone charms, jewellery also. Not to mention the most beautiful packaging perfect for any girl. Even the service was amazing!!!! No faults at all, Thank you Lyna London ❤️

The lady was very kind and their jewelery really sparks!
Their water proof items are really fantastic.

The packaging was lovely . I was really impressed that the packaging arrived quickly. I ordered the pink ring box and Rosalia freshwater perls. The necklace looks stunning , got a lot of compliments and definitely worth the price. For sure I will be ordering more from Lyna, not only for my self but for my family as well.

I have made few purchases from Lyna London and I really loved the quality of their jewellery and so affordable! The packaging it’s really cute and their delivery was very quick. Will be ordering soon some jewellery from their new collection

Ring is pretty but I wouldn't recommend! it gets caught in all type of clothing till its pulled apart. waste of money

Update 14th July.
I have changed to one star. These guys are dodgy, they've tried to remove my review as they don't believe my review is 'genuine' they know full well it is, I've now submitted evidence to trustpilot with invoice and pictures! These guys even removed and blocked me from their tiktok account since I left a review on their account. I'm presuming they deleted my comment on there as well, just shows how ingenuine they are and I wonder how many other negative comments they must have deleted. My feedback wasn't rude or anything at all, it was a politely put feedback. Guys just be aware before ordering from Lyna London. I would've attached pictures with the issue but no option to do so on here.

I previously purchased an order of rings from Lyna London and sadly the items were not delivered. I reached out to customer service and since the order says delivered by shipping I could not get a refund or a replacement shipment. I was very upset with the customer service and willing to work with me through the issue.

I bought book shaped ring box it's absolutely beautiful. I totally recommend it.

Great quality CZ rings that has amazing sparkles. Real silver that does not turn fingers green.

Loved the packaging, and the personal lil note . I have ordered several rings and a necklace all look amazing and my sister and mum loved them. Will for sure be ordering more for them and for myself as well .

Love the company they’re absolutely amazing! And customer service is so easy. Really impressed with the quality of service and how long the items last. I’ve had my rings for so long now I wash my hands use hand sanitizer and wear medical gloves and it lasts through everything

Beautiful packaging, quality of jewellery was beautiful. They were efficient when I had to exchange the size of the ring. Overall good customer service.

I placed an order on 10/25/2022 with international fast delivery of a maximum of 7 days and it takes 2 weeks. They did not want to refund the shipping costs.

The necklance and bracelet a bought for mum for her birthday are absolutely gorgeous delivery was fast even with the postal strikes that were happening in september i'll definetly buy jewelry

Love the ring. Perfect size, great quality. My fiance loved it when I proposed with it. It arrived later than I would've liked. But customer service was on point with my queries. Will be buying again super soon. Keep up the good work!!
