Josh Mambo is our rep and I can’t thank him enough.
Josh Mambo has been an outstanding account manager and is the main reason I’ve stayed with Lyrico. He’s always on hand to help, whether it’s adjusting prices or bringing them down as much as he possibly can. His customer service is excellent, and he’s always quick to sort things out.

Unfortunately, my experience with Lyrico itself has been very frustrating. It seems that every time I log in to place an order, the prices have changed and usually increased. This means I can’t simply place an order—I have to contact Josh, wait for him to amend the pricing, refresh the system, and then go back in to complete the order. It’s an unnecessarily time-consuming process that happens far too often.

If it wasn’t for Josh Mambo, I would have left Lyrico a long time ago. He goes above and beyond for his customers, but the pricing system really needs to be reviewed to make the ordering process much smoother and more consistent. For this reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

Really pleased with the overall service from Lyreco. We have been using Lyreco for approx. 18 months now, purchasing more and more items and this is thanks to our lovely Account Manager John Tepes, who is super helpful, offers competitive pricing, and understands our business needs. The Lyreco GO rewards are also a added bonus! As always, thank you John for all your help - it is great that we have an Account Manager who is so attentive.

As a new customer with Lyreco you would not expect
to be treated as if you had been dealing with them for many years, but to my surprise they have a great asset in the form of Mambo josh. My delivery had been misplaced and I really needed some of the items.
to my utter surprise my delivery arrived today with him in his car, he explained he was in the area meeting a new client and thought that I would appreciate a swift resolution to my problem. and I did !!!! What a star.

My ticket 40313961 raised on 20.07.26 was never resolved. Although I ordered 12 of one item, I only received the 1, even though I'd contacted them online and by chat prior to the order being delivered. Some of the smaller products which could be ordered as single items or as multiples, have the same product reference code, so presume that's why they never picked it up. The phone lines were too busy to get through at the time and no one ever responded, so will probably have to chase Lyreco about it.

I ordered a box of 12 of Eveready Battery AAA Pk (product code: 181323) at £7.44, but the order confirmation showed 1 item at £0.62 and this is all that was delivered (despite me asking you to correct this prior to delivery). Still haven't had any update on the other 11 packs.

Very good website that you can buy anything you need from. The 2 reps I dealt with Chad Gibbs and Costas Artemi were very friendly and professional.

Delivery drivers appear to be incompetent and customer service team will be silent on any matters regarding missing/ lost deliveries.

The item I wanted to purchase was not available via our online procurement platform. Therefore I had to submit a non-catalogue request to place an order to Lyreco. On receiving the order, Lyreco were very good at keeping me informed as to the status of the order by frequent emails including when packed, loaded and an estimated delivery date. The item was delivered as described the following day. Therefore on this particular occasion the service provided by Lyreco was excellent.

Although the products are ok and are delivered quickly, thety always deliver on a day when I am not in the office, even though I have made it clear on the days when I am available.
I have responded to Lyreco's reply below and await their response.

The delivery man was most accommodating taking the parcels right to the place the items were stored. He was professional in every way. All the items ordered were correct. Highly recommend this company

It is extremely difficult to communicate with this company where nobody wants to take responsibility for mistake they make. The orders placed arrive extremely late and we can never be informed of approximate delivery day/time. They blame it all on their depot which is nothing to do with us as customers. I would not recommend this company which we intend to close out account with.

i put a request in asking that payment/invoice emails be sent to our finance department, you responded saying this had now been changed, and this morning i received another payment email from you.

also receiving three different emails confirming each specific product in an order rather than one confirmation for the whole order is too much. needs to be unified so not flooding peoples inboxes.

An order get delivered over a week.
The deliveries are at any time of the day.
Goods not always available.
I’m a new customer and the previous supplier was much bette, I had none of this issue in the past.
You need to improve.

My order arrived exactly when it was scheduled to arrive. The driver was very helpful putting the items exactly where I wanted them without complaint. He was also very happy and friendly. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience thank you.

Have used Lyreco for many years and have never been let down. Good prices and stock levels and a fantastic delivery service. Highly recommended.
