I sent MAXX SET OVERSEAS IMPEX US $450.00usd for peptides and they didn't send my order and refuse to give me my money back.
I contacted customer service and sent all the required information to them and they DID NOTHING and closed the case.

Had my money stolen by “Beyond Care” on IndiaMart.
Indiamart won’t take a store down even with reports of scamming.
You cannot trust any of the signals of the website that are supposed markers of reputation. Be warned.

I still have not received any help? Ticket#10044881 do you guys just not care about your customers ?

Hello everyone, unfortunately I got scammed today by a company named Ascle MedMart. They operate on IndiaMart. I bought Minoxidil and accutane from them.

After I paid the invoice they sent me a track and trace code, however, they sent my package to the wrong country (France) while it should have been The Netherlands. A week after, the package was sent back to India. Now I wasted 5 weeks of my time and no package and no money.

I contacted IndiaMart's customer service about my issue. Let's wait and see how they will handle this. If they solve my issue, I will get back and update my review.

Don't buy from Medexpress Healthcare because Dev the CEO is a scam I paid $110 for a product and never received it and now they stop answering my messages and indiamart is no help.

मुझे इंडियामार्ट से फोन आया कि आप जो काम कर रहे हैं उस काम के ग्राहक हमारे पास अवेलेबल है,आपके काम की बहुत ही ज्यादा डिमांड है, हम आपको ग्राहक लाकर के देंगे और उनसे एडवांस पेमेंट भी लाकर देंगे आपको 8 से 10 दिन के अंदर काम पूरा करना होगा, और एक महीने से लगातार फोन कर रहे थे, मैंने उनकी बातों में आकर सर्विस परचेस की और फिर दूसरे दिन किसी मैनेजर का फोन आता है फिर मुझे पता चलता है कि ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं है, फिर मैं मैनेजर से कहता हूं की आपके एम्पलाई ने कुछ अलग बताया था और आप कुछ अलग बता रहे हैं, फिर मैनेजर ने बताया कि आप एक महीना युज कीजिए आपको दो ही महीनों के अंदर आपकी फीस रिकवर हो जाएगी आप सिर्फ काम कीजिए, फिर एक महीना काम करने के बाद बताता हूं कि मुझे काम नहीं मिल रहा, इंडियामार्ट के एम्पलाई एक ही बात करते हैं आप 12 महीने तक कम कीजिए आपको काम जरुर मिलेगा, मैं उनको बताता हूं कि मुझे काम नहीं मिल रहा और मैं आपकी एप्लीकेशन से परेशान हो रहा हूं मुझे आपके साथ काम नहीं करना है, मुझे 1 महीने की सर्विस दी है उसका पैसा काट कर दूसरा पैसा रिफंड कीजिए, उनके मैनेजर बताते हैं कि हमारे यहां रिफंड नहीं होता, मैंने उनसे बहुत रिक्वेस्ट की कि मुझे मेरा रिफंड दीजिए, मगर हर रोज किसी दूसरे नए एम्पलाई से बात करवाते थे और हर बार में एक ही बात बताते हैं कि हमारे यहां पर रिफंड पॉलिसी नहीं होती.
( मैं आपको एक ही बात बताना चाहता हूं की आपको ग्राहक चाहिए तो एग्जीबिशन, गूगल, इंस्टाग्राम, युटुब, यह बहुत ही सस्ते और सक्सेस प्लेटफॉर्म है )

Do not waist your money and time.They are just fake and not giving result.A junk box I.will suggest your not to purchase india Mart services.Refund policy is worst.sales team are useless people.

I run a clinic and due to tariffs had to find a new vendor so i decided to give IndiaMart a try. So on January 2026 I purchased some medication from a vendor on IndiaMart and was initially suspicious when the vendor didnt ask me for any medical credentials, but they assured me that drugs are regulated differently in India and I didn't need to show them a medical license to purchase. So I made the payment but as soon as they received it communication stopped. I contacted IndiaMart but they too did not respond, despite numerous complaints and messages to them, they thereby being just as complicit with these vendors. I’ve purchased from vendors in China, Thailand, Ecuador, Germany, etc. and never dealt with the level of incompetence that I encountered from vendors on the site as well as the site customer service team as well. This is cross-border online commerce fraud approved and allowed by IndiaMart and they or the vendors on their site should be held accountable.

I have a dispute with your supplier Yash Gulab Singnapure, whom I paid $ 45 through Remitly for product Tadacip 20 mg 120 pills yesterday.
Now he has stopped replying to my WhatsApp calls and messages.
Such people spoil your reputation.

Me escribe un proveedor de indiamart para ofrecerme un medicamento a buen precio,me asegura que en 7 días tendré mi producto,me demuestra que es proveedor oficial y me convence....cuando le hago la transferencia inmediata empieza el problema...primero me hace esperar para que el dinero le llegue a su cuenta de india porque la original es de Alemania,esa es mi primera confusión...al cabo de 5 días me dice que ya me avisará cuando salga...pasan los días y yo pregunto y me dice que no se puede enviar a mi dirección...ahí ya vi que no era limpio..le pido mi dinero y solo dan largas...han pasado 20 días y no tengo ni medicina ni mi dinero... ahora me dice que no le escriba más...en fin..son unos estafadores tener cuidado...yo no compraría por lo menos desde España y si alguien quiere ver la conversación o quien son los estafadores tengo la conversación....INDIAMART ESTAFA!!!
