They selling it's plan by misrepresentation, than not complete the commitment, always show technical issue, that took advance amount for a year n not giving service, n always ask for money for upgrading for better service.

I found a supplier through IndiaMART who seemed reputable. I wired money to Shree SSR Globals and have confirmation from my bank that the wire went through to his account two weeks ago but he claims he never received it and refuses to send the product. I contacted IndiaMART customer service and they have not responded.

Do yourselves a favour and just don't buy from here,it's a site set up for fraud,all the awards and trust certificates are bought by vendors. They will sell your information to every call center near by,and if u think u have found a vendor to trust,take my word for it and don't do it,these people have been raised in the art form of social engineering

I purchased an electric bed 22 November 2025 (payment received in advance in two tranch which one is on 7 November 2025 and second one on 19 November 2025) from SUPREME SERGICAL INDUSTRIES JAIPUR more than a month ago, but the railings were delivered in damaged condition. Despite repeatedly calling for over a month, my calls have not been answered and no action has been taken.
The after-sales service is extremely worst and unprofessional. I only requested a simple resolution, but there has been no response or support from their side. Such negligence forces customers to consider legal options, which is very disappointing.
I would not recommend this seller due to their worst after-sales service and lack of accountability.

I joined IndiaMART in August for my travel agency expecting genuine travel inquiries. Not a single genuine lead has been received till date.

Before payment, I was given false assurances about lead quality and support. Once the payment was done, the IndiaMART team completely disappeared—no follow-ups, no accountability, no results.

This platform has been a total waste of money and time for my business. I feel misled and disappointed.
I do NOT recommend IndiaMART to any travel agency.

I wrote about my horrible experience with India mart they replied !!! Unfortunately they don’t stop lying they said they are still working on my case but the truth is they don’t reply to my emails and they completely closed my case

Cheaters! This single word is good enough to describe them. It is a big scam.

When they will sell you package, they will promise you all big things. In my case, they have mentioned that you will receive only vetted leads, each more than INR 10,000. In reality, the leads I can consume is from retailers asking for a single product in the range of INR 50 to INR 100.

In my case, they also spoke about full refund if certain leads are not provided initially in certain period, but then they stepped back from this promise once I have purchased their plan.

They don't have employees to sell their services. It seems, they have paid agents off the roll, who will speak to potential customers. Once they have sold a package, they keep their commission, and never take any responsibility of what they have promised to deliver.

Their agents/managers keep changing their mobile number, so record their conversation from day one and use it in consumer forum if they don't deliver what is promised.

I have made a total payment of INR 33040 (INR 28000 + GST) on 25-Mar-2025. In last one year, I am not able to generate a single rupee revenue via IndiaMart. My hard earned money is simply looted by these people.

Stay away from them! Full of scammers, using different names, not their own, taking your money and disappearing. They might give you a fake tracking number, and you’re stuck…
I bought something from MedXpert, my money was taken $136.00 and she or he slowly disappeared.

I got in contact with Novamed lifecare, they stole my money and blocked me from contacting them. They refused to answer any messages regarding my shipment and final blocked me. Don't repeat the mistake I did and avoid this seller.

I used the IndiaMART platform to buy shuttlecocks in bulk for my daughter's coaching. Found a vendor who is significantly cheaper than the offline vendors in Chennai. Vendor did a prompt delivery of the shuttlechocks in build - within 3 days. Surprised to find better prices online.

IndiaMART is LOADED with scammers and customer support does NOTHING when they are reported!! As a matter of fact, one seller that stole over $10,000 from me is listed with a "TrustSEAL 9yrs"!!!?? Tis seller/scammer is NEURACLE LIFESCIENCES PVT. I previously used them to purchase Dalfampridine tablets through IndiaMart. After I paid (for the price of the tablets+ postage) using PayPal, which the seller insisted on accepting ONLY if I sent the money to them as "for friends and family" I got an email that claimed that it was from the courier Transfast Global. The courier wanted an additional 480 USD for shipping and handling. When I contacted Neuracle Lifesciences they assured me that I must promptly pay and that Transfast Global Logistics is 100% legitimate. I wish I had cut my losses and stopped right there!! Transfast Global Logistics continued to email me again and again, asking for more and more money (x2 1400 USD for 100% refundable indemity deposits, and then another 'refundable' payment of 5000 USD, all of course using PayPal payments for "friends and family"). Each and every time I received a payment request I would contact Neuracle Lifesciences they would reassure me that everything was OK and that "if only I had 40% trust in people" all would work out just fine???!! Well guess what? When I asked the con-men at Transfast Global to return the shipment to the sender and give me back all the "refundables", they REFUSED to do so through
PayPal and actually had the nerve to ask for more money to facilitate the refund through a specific "merchant' bank"?! when I paid 1800 USD to open a bank account with this VERY suspicious bank (Keyrise Merchant Bank which is now "closed and their website is flagged by ScamAdviser.com as UNSAFE) they AGAIN asked for MORE MONEY, claiming that I am now a suspect of money laundring and would require an additional 30% payment of the 10000 USD they already stole for "paperwork" to "free" the money. In desperation, I contacted Neuracle Lifesciences and they urged me to trust them and go ahead and pay and that, by not doing so, I could find myself in trouble with the law!!! Needless to say, I REFUSED. Unfortunately, to make things worse, PayPal PERMANENTLY SUSPENDED the account I had with them since 2006 for suspicious transactions!!! This is a very cunning scam and Neuracle Lifesciences was in on it from day one. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Placed an order with sky health pharma (blue/white logo) he told me the package will be delivered in 2 weeks. It’s now been a month and half . He talk me call the post service and they said the service he chose carry no insurance and no assistance from them. I have no recourse and I’m pissed. He wants me to pay to get another package and I refuse. Don’t choose them.

It is a scam. The real name of my scammer is “Aditya Wankar” NOT “Olivia” Never received anything. She or he had me pay through the bank and not India mart. I had to list it as a family sending money. It was not a lot of money but nonetheless stay away. I discovered that in order to send medicine you have to have a prescription that is with it. Unless the individual you are talking to can provide you with a prescription with your name on it and a verifiable medical doctor it will be a scam.

NEVER TRUST OR DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a leather skirt for my partner. When it arrived
we noticed that the toggle on the zip was missing. This made it impossible to wear. I contacted them and they requested a photo. This was done straight away 22nd October. I have since heard nothing. I have chased this up over 10 times via email and on their web site's help section. They just ignore me and are not interested in solving the issue.

This app is a scam in disguise. They charge everyone for packages like Dynamic, Maximizer, and Star Supplier – but then shamelessly steal leads from lower packages and hand them over to Star Suppliers. It’s not business, it’s daylight robbery. Pure cheating, zero ethics, and a complete waste of money. Stay away if you value your hard-earned money
