I sent an email message to the Rosyday address regarding the reurn of my order but I never received a reply. However, I then wrote to a different email address, as advised by previous customers in the reviews of this company and received a reply very quickly. I was offered a 50% refund which I accepted and I did not need to return my order in the post. I was satisfied with this outcome and received the refund in my account within 3 days.
Although I was very disappointed with the garments in question. I have found customer service to be very good
I have been to expect a 58’% refund.
I have accepted that and will donate the tops to a charity.
I’d vowed to never order from Facebook again after previously receiving an item nothing like the one chosen and the “company” ignoring my requests for refund / exchange. However, as I really liked the sweater from Rosyday I took the gamble and honestly cannot fault their customer service. Unfortunately the item had a dropped stitch resulting in Rosyday providing me with a full refund without any issues which was truly appreciated. Excellent customer service.

I was very impressed with how Rosyday handled my purchase. Unfortunately the item I bought was no good for me and they didn’t hesitate in dealing with the return and Infact refunded me immediately and due to various reasons let me keep the item as well. Good service.

wasn't very good to start with.. I have to say customer "rnchan029"service did what they said found my order and it got delivered. That's why the 4* lots of hick ups to start with.

I had a query about my order so I had to contact Customer Services- who sorted it out with a very thorough and positive outcome. Kaus kept in touch and I’m a very happy customer.
Instant response to email requesting a refund advising me to take a photo of the garment. As soon as I sent the photo they agreed a refund and processed it.
They advised me to keep the tee shirt. However I would have preferred to return it to them as it is of no use to me. I thought it was cotton but it’s polyester.
